  1. I know some came with the 50 convertible but were speed parts ever made for the 40 flathead,I am thinking a hoped up flatty should go in my latest 40 coupe since all the others have gotten a OHV.
  2. While looking for the parts to complete the 36 Ford project I found a partial 40 coupe, well I had the parts to complete so it looks like one more in the making. I had done four or five in the last few months so I think this one will be for next winter.
  3. While looking for the parts I found some smooth hood sides that will be going on,I also found I was missing the part behind the grille between the hood sides thinking it would stop the progress but eventually found one so soon it will be built between other projects.
  4. I have a AMC engine I can donate to the project.
  5. Found enough parts to put this back together, not sure on the engine right now but hope to get to it before it gets warm as I have a few in front of this one.
  6. I think it's a annual and not a promo.
  7. I picked up a 65 engine off eBay and it was missing the carbs and valve covers.
  8. This original 63 is done,it does not have a complete engine but when I find the parts I will install them.
  9. It's paint we had at work.
  10. Not sure just nothing too large.
  11. I have a pair of 1/32 semi snap together tanks but a little too cheesy and not sure if I can improve them.
  12. Stripped what chrome that was remaining on the bumpers and will be painting them with chrome paint at work.
  13. I could put a cap on the outside of the cab where it looks like it has a tank under the seat where I think the 42 to 47 trucks did.
  14. Getting closer.
  15. Getting closer and need to figure out what to do with the bumpers as the chrome is about gone, probably will strip and paint with chrome paint
  16. Looks slightly larger then 1/25.
  17. It's been over 40 years since I built a Studebaker so time for this one,I picked up this one and a convertible last year and going to build the hardtop first.
  18. Painted the engine silver.
  19. I built this to look like someone home made a larger truck out of a pickup and would like some ideas on gas tanks,it's built on a modified car frame that is probably wider then the normal big truck frames of the era and would like dual tanks. I picked up a demi tank but is too large.
  20. Working on the 63 Riviera and wondering what color was the engine originally.
  21. Getting closer to being done, still need to make gas tanks and mud flaps.
  22. Got color.
  23. Top has been painted so most likely ZZ top or 90s chopped top 33.
