What happened to the plastic phone booth parts in the touch tone terror kit, and the little scooter ??? now it's cardboard, what gives ???
-
Sorry that happened, looking good there, never heard of Splash paints before could it have been to hot of paint ? happened to me before, Try slowly waving a lit incense stick under the hood, the low heat will soften the plastic and slowly you might be able to shape it back, doesn't look to bad. used to do that back in the days creating fender flares and battle damage to tanks, Good luck......

Thank you for the reply Peter, wished I'd seen this earlier I've already taped it down, but I do have another project and that's what I needed to know, again Thank you.
-
Thank you Charles, the reason I'm asking is I don't want to use a glue and a little while later it starts to wrinkle the cardboard, I think I'll use Les's idea and use double sided tape, and also I use d/s tape at work and as our model club says Free stuff rules, Again thank you for taking the time. if I can figure out how to post I try and post a few pictures.
-
Thank you Les, yes I thought about double sided tape but I was afraid after awhile the tape would start loseing it's sticky-ness and start to peel, if nothing come up by the end of the week I'll use the D/S tape, have plenty of it at work. Thank you for taking the time for answering, Rick

I'm in the middle of building Atlantis Earth vs. the flying saucers and it includes a cardboard back drop of the capital and I made a wooden display for it, So what spray glue should I use so the cardboard doesn't wrinkle ? Thank you, I even bought a couple of robots for this and their about the size of a grain of rice. Again Think you.

I hope that they also release the rims and tires as a separate option, because I have plenty of 1/16 funny cars. Still looking forward to a lot of these. -

looking good there, love the green paint, have you looked at ball point pens caps for air scoops ? cut them sand them in any shape, also have you thought of using masking tape for your blower belts ? fold them over as many times to get the thickness you want then use a black sharpie to color it then tape it on the bottom then loop it over then glue it . keep up the good work and remember, We're all in this together. -
