  1. The Daytona has some sort of V-8, never looked close enough though since I didn't give a rat's tookus about using that option.
  2. Finished another one.
  3. Anybody got a reeeeeeeeeealy warped A-Team van or Revell van? LOL
  4. Got my attention here, had a couple turbo cars at one time myself.
  5. Had nothing better to do.........that I wanted to anyway....... And had been thinking of a conversation in the chat room last night too.
  6. Looks like it could be a modified Taurus grill.
  7. It does have a bit of a rat rod feel, wonder if it's a SC motor or the factory motor with the SC intake?
  8. There was some pretty cool stuff there!
  9. It looks like it would be a fun cruiser in fair weather.....wouldn't want to try and run those DOT slicks in the rain though
  10. That is neat!
  11. Here's a locally owned, early Step Down Hudson (I'm guessing late 40's ) that I see every once in a while.
  12. Well, could be worse...Palmer could have engineered it
  13. Here's one of my favorites, And the Model A it's attached to,
  14. There is an easy fix for that, AMT's '68-'71 B-Body chassis' fits nicely under it and is way, way better than stock!
  15. That would have been usefull the past several days.....dang allergies and spray painting
  16. My least favorite.....or atleast the one that made me feel like I was ripped off (I knew what I was getting into with the old AMT/MPC kits) was that new, diecast based '70 Challenger R/T-T/A kit that used a Metal front axle (on a modern model ) and the option of building a 440 RB motor or 340 LA motor from the same block
  17. Wish I could, off the vehicles we've owned over the years, the only ones possible are my Sister's Charger (if I were to steal the engine from a Prowler), Mom's old F/S van (and even then, the grill and interior would be wrong and need work), and The Grand Cherokee I had for about 6 months (which was a Larado with cloth interior and directional 5 spoke wheels....), everything else would require major scratchbuilding. Guess I could build Dad's F-150 company truck.........not sure if he would want a model of that useless thing though..................
  18. I've got one of the early fire vans with the choice of panels or windows, the motor home would be pretty cool too though!
  19. Depending on what shape that G-Van body is in Dan, might not be a bad idea to retool the body shell with the opening hood and maybe even do the body so we can cut out the paneled areas and replace them with a section opened for windows.
  20. Oh wow, I thought that car was destroyed!
  21. We've carried these in the past for model planes and could work for at least trunk hinges. http://beta.horizonhobby.com/products/hidden-hinge-6--SOT130
  22. Thanks Dave, I nearly drooled on my smart phone........... LOL!
  23. I've heard of some HO scale hinges that are about right for...lets say....Revell/Monogram 1/24 CJ7 if one were wanting to put working hinges on the doors, tailgate, hood, and I think windshields.
