  1. I'll be honest, I tried watching a F1 race last week, ended up falling asleep within 30 minutes of turning on Speed Don't see how it's much more cutting edge than NA$CAR either, yea Cup cars are still carbed and use a solid rear axle, but some of the engine, aero, and efficency related technology seems to be more likely to make it into a production vehicle than anything F1 does.
  2. Why does the US "need" a Formula 1 team? It seems like a bigger waste of money than NA$CAR.
  3. I doesn't really take much to make a Ferrari look yuke though....just throuhg a Prancing Horse on some remotely automotive, goofy shape and there you go Don't care much for the Cayenne, buit I do kinda dig the Panamera, then again I kinda have a thing for 4dr hatchbacks
  4. Dad and I were looking at that at the Chicago Auto Show, he's thinking that with the shape of that nose piece and the extra narrow tires, it should steer pretty good if they have their math right.
  5. Did you listen to the video? He said that when he blipped the throttle, one of the tires lifted 1.5" off the ground and blew both head gaskets at the same time
  6. What kind of truck did he start with?
  7. Dang, one look at that that could wipe out the whole darned association!
  8. One difference though, that is a Buick motor, not a belly button Chevy motor
  9. I never understood the reasoning for those wheels on this kit either, they don't really look all that good to begin with, then when ramped up in diameter, they look even worse.
  10. Wondered if that's what that came off of.....
  11. Dang man, I don't eat that much for breakfast for atleast a few weeks!
  12. Yea, looks almost like a Haz-Mat suit wouldn't be enough when within 5ft of it!
  13. Nah, don't ruin another Jeep by sticking a Shivvy motor in it, it's gotta have an AMC motor or maybe atleast a Chrysler motor
  14. That's neat looking!
  15. Dang, kinda remindes me of that '57 Plymouth they pulled out of the ground in OK City!
  16. Looks like regular Testors orange on the front side markers to me guys
  17. Throw some Cragars and white letter tires on it and it would look like a 70's era rod too!
  18. That looks really good!
  19. Looks great, who's wheels are those?
  20. Looks good, and as long at it has airbags or hydro's it shouldn't be a problem to change the rears!
  21. Dang that's a cool combo!
  22. Yup, the HobbyTown I work for has the SuperVette (C3 Vette), SuperVan (Dodge A100), and Super Semi (GMC Cab Over with a trailer). The Vette and Van came in last week and the Semi came in today.
  23. Model, something looks "funny" with the DB9 badging and the tailpipes................
  24. That's a shame it happened, but as my Dad always says, "When it's your time to go, it's your time to go and there's nothing you can do about it."
