  1. Looks good so far, and I'm sorry to hear about the job too.
  2. Might update or back date your browser then, I have used this site with three different ones and the latest IE8, and older IE6 and FireFox 3 (I think), as well as IE7 and IE7 is the one that gives me the problems on here when it comes to any kind of posting.
  3. Wow, another good one...so, when are you going to do a model of a certain '57 Plymouth?
  4. There were a bunch on Sunday night, don't know about last night since I forgot it was back on here and was off the computer for the time in between. Only reason I'm not on now is that this computer does not play well with this forum when it comes to posting in a thread or the chatroom.
  5. Here's the tires that failed as requested. These ar the Tamiya Type-A Reinforced Slicks (belted) made specificly for these cars. and here's the carnage on the body that resulted from that failure, I htink a chunk of sidewall punhced that hole! This is the HPI B15-40 Belted X-Pattern Mini Tire that blew. and this is the reinforcement belt that the tire ripped off of at speed! I think the problems here were a mixture of old tires that were poorly glued to the rims and excessive wheel speeds Hey Torino, you may not want to run two one ways on that sedan, you'll lose all braking ability if you do, might try to go one way on the front and spool out back.
  6. I bought one of the 1/10 scale R/C Tamiya Rover Mini-Cooper's 5 years ago and have souped it up and just been messing around with it over the past few years and made a few video's over the past couple years, but have gotten very serious in the past couple weeks! I don't have any video's of it with a stock motor or stock class motor, but I do have one of it with a 17t brushed motor!. Well, I had a slight problem with the trans last year that took out the speed control I put in 5 years ago and had to park the car for the rest of the summer, but put the esc that I had been running in one of my crawlers with a newer, much more powerful brushless motor and one of the biggest 7.2v Ni-MH batteries available! Myself and a co-worker strapped his cell phone to the car and were able to get 41mph out of the car with it geared slightly faster and taller tired than the above video. I now have a 11.1v battery Lithium battery in it and it runs fast enough that it's blown up tires! The same coworker that let me strap his phone to the car guesstimated that it now runs north of 60mph, but I'm not willing to strap his phone to it anymore with as fast as it now goes!
  7. Wow, until I saw that price, I wanted one BAD!
  8. I want one! don't know what I'm going to do with it, but I want one
  9. YAY! Got the new setup on this computer at work too
  10. On these full size vans, it wouldn't be that tough to modify them to use a multi link and coil spring set up like the newer solid axle Jeeps, Rams, and Super Duty's.
  11. SAme here '59, that's why I'm hoping it's like that at work too!
  12. Cool, good luck on getting it set up Gregg! Hopefully it will still work with what ever IE I'm running right now, I wasn't a big fan of 8...........
  13. I've got a brown background, big change from last night besides having to change towers and using an older IE after the other tower one was attacked by McAfee mid-week. This one seems to work much better with this browser, hopefully it will be on here when I'm at work too!
  14. Looks good, how far are you going to go in the Kustom work?
  15. Don't know a thing about it other than it's pretty neat looking!
  16. REal, almost looks like the ugly background for that place that was selling the red '65 or '66 Plymouth Harry posted a few months back.
  17. OK Eelco, that picture is friggen funny!
  18. Nice, kinda looks like there should be a bunch of contraband somewhere near the trunk area
  19. SOmething screams model with this one.....not sure why, but it just does.
  20. Very nice looking build, I had to look closely when I saw the rotors behind the wheels
  21. I'm going for model too, a mighty fine model, but a model all the way. Watch, I'll be wrong and it's a recreation or restoration of an old Luftansa bus...................
  22. Are you going to lower it next?
  23. Kool!
  24. Pearl white, mainly because I loath that Champaign color on anything with a passion!
