  2. Scott, You're not likely to see a live Road Runner 'standing by the side of the road.' They are Road Runners. They run. There's a reason they aren't called 'Road Standers.' Just kidding around with you. But seriously, they are quick. I've lived in Arizona for 20 years now and have only seen Road Runners in the wild a dozen or so times; even living and traveling daily in areas they inhabit. They just don't like to stand still or stick around. And, they are shy. Even when you catch a glimpse, you've gotta be quick with a camera or you'll never get a pic. You're more likely to have a picture of "Place Road Runner Just Left."
  3. No prob. Glad it arrived. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We'll see you next year!
  4. Amen to that, Bill. What color(s) do you need for your immediate projects? I have a *considerable* supply of ScaleFinishes paints on hand; if you're looking for something I have, I can get you through the crunch.
  5. Oh, yeah. That grille is perfect! Ten thumbs up!
  6. For one thing, he's been in the buy/sell business for decades, and he's always treated everyone - buyer or seller - very well. That kind of reputation gets around and becomes institutionalized. People seeking to liquidate collections ask around and are referred to him based on his reputation for fairness and knowledge of the market.
  7. Harry; Yes and No. Production/retail model? No. 1911 Chevrolet? Yes. From Wikipedia: "The first prototype car appeared in late 1911, and Louis Chevrolet himself tested it on the back streets of Detroit. Throughout 1912 refinements were made to the design. Later in that same year the new 1913 model was released at the New York Auto Show." Production notes[edit]YearProductionBase PriceWeightNotes1911-12 1N/A3,500 lbs.prototype, no windshield or top
  8. Nice. The Tahoe kit was a SnapTite; widely available in the late 90's and early 2000's. You can still find them occasionally at swap meets or ebay, etc.
  9. Neat.
  10. Lara Fabian - Not difficult to look at, either!
  11. Hey, Dude! You gotta finish it up! We're featuring its debut in our international ad campaign!
  12. Another: The Jerry Hahn Brotherhood's "Captain Bobby Stout." (I can't find it on YouTube . . . it used to be there, but apparently has been removed.) Some local guys from my Wichita Top40 DJ days; Lane Tietgen, Mike Finnigan, Jerry Hahn, and company. Captain Bobby Stout was big regionally, then Mannfred Mann covered it and made it big internationally. Here's Mannfred Mann's version (JHB did it better): FYI - I knew Bobby Stout. Real person.
  13. Oh. My, my, my. One hit wonders? Really. None EVER better than 'Gayle McCormick and A Group Called Smith.' "Baby, It's You." Whoa! OMG! Crank it up and give a closed-eyes listen to this. Then open eyes and play it again. Visually devour the fabulous Ms. McCormick. Who needs Viagra? She was from St. Louis. My luck, Agent G dated her. There goes a 46 year fantasy, right down the BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH tubes.
  14. That's cool!
  15. Yet another example of why I live in Arizona,
  16. Very nice!

  18. Ditto. Wow! This kit has to be the gold standard for the industry. And, all the close competition for that honor comes from . . . Moebius. What does that tell everyone (including the other kit manufacturers)? Kudos, Dave & crew!
  19. Open 'er up, Art! Can't wait to see the goodies!!!
  20. Indeed. Jameston was here on 11/7 and sold paint like it was hotcakes! Gabe's correct: He now has his own computerized mixer set up and should be going great guns . . . other than that little internet setback. Patience. He IS a one-man band, but he plays beautiful music! And, he has never let anyone down.
  21. What irked me today? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. It was a wonderful Thanksgiving . . . and we have a lot to be thankful for.
