  1. Yikes, Anthony! The red interior of that white Nova would serve to really keep the driver awake on long road trips!! ??
  2. what suspension bridges get (we hope) Amen, Brother Bill. ??
  3. Talking about us? ??
  4. Erik, All of your arguments [against your '63 Tempest suggestion] are pretty much the same arguments one might make against the '63 Chevy II station wagon, yet, look at all the excitement it has generated. And, even some of the people who were less than enthusiastic when it was announced, have now seen the built-up early production sample and have changed their minds. Who is to say exactly which suggestion will be a dead-bang winner and which will be a bust? Only sales will tell for certain. ??
  5. naughty, naughty, naughty! ??
  6. Yep. You actually made my point. But, since the humor was lost, I withdraw my attempt to lighten things up. ??
  7. Excellent idea! ??

  10. Greg, You said 'no alzheimers' but you didn't deny the other. Does that mean "intransigence' is still on the table? ? ??
  11. Worlds apart. Like comparing (in the 1:1 arena) a '64-1/2 Mustang to a 2021 Mustang Mach-E. ??
  12. Add me to Bill's choir. I hate being barraged with emails - and now, texts also - from marketers. And, I, too, am MUCH less likely to do business with someone who buries me with unsolicited ads via email or text. One of the worst I'm dealing with at present is a local VW dealer. I bought a Passat seven years ago. It was a fine car . . . while it was under warranty and extended warranty. Spent a lot of time in the shop, but it didn't cost me a dime and they always rolled out an equivalent loaner car. The minute the last of the warranty/extended warranty expired, the car dollared (not, nickled and dimed) me to death. Huge $$ bills. Last straw was a little over a year ago. The newish engine they put in it expired again, but now, no warranty or good-will or any other consideration. Estimate was about twice the overall value of the car (and it still looked new, never wrecked). So I declined and went back to reliable, steady, dependable Chevys. Now, all of a sudden, the VW dealer is pestering me with emails and texts every couple of days wanting me to come in and buy a new VW. Phat chance. That's NEVER gonna happen again. I had enough of that 'fine German engineering' to last several lifetimes. NEVER. And, yet they persist. I tell them to leave me alone and it resumes with a different representative sending me the same BS. For the $500 trade-in value I got, I should have kept the 'fine German engineered' paperweight, painted it bright yellow, and parked it in front of the VW dealer!!! ??

  14. That's good to hear! Glad they corrected it. Now, did it have five tires? ??
  15. You thought maybe prices would be dropping for model kits, unlike any other product or service? Ain't gonna happen. The only things that ever shrink are incomes, savings, and buying power. ?☹️
  16. . . . ain't got nobody.
  17. Another Saturday night . . .
  18. Thank you, Tim! Great post. I've already checked today . . . it hasn't arrived at the LHS yet. [Yes, I check every so often, even though they'll call me when mine come in.] Waiting for my Official UFO Search Vehicle! ??
  19. Fantastic. The "Nova" script decals are exceptional. Gauges? Terrific. But, I especially love the "Official UFO Search Vehicle" decals and the NM license plate! Too kewl for anybody's skewl! Thanks, Tim ??
