I love the color and wheels on this one the custom front looks great The AMT 71 T-Bird guts fit that with no problem i did that with one about 6 years ago.

Now that's cool i love it.!

LOL you got that right i am 72 i bought and built my first kit in 1962 it was the AMT 3-in-1 62 Fairlane it was $1.49 a can of spray paint was 49c and a couple of bottles of deferent colors to paint the other things were 10c each and a tube of glue was 15c for under $3.00 you had a build this is part of why most kids are not into the hobby most builds cost me between $80.00 and $120.00 to build.

LOL that was my thought right off the bat i have two kits with the slant six ready to donate to two of these kits as soon as i can get my hands on them. Most people don't know that the base engine on the 64 through 69 was the slant six and they also had a dealer hyper pac that would boost the horse power.

Awesome build i love the colors and the idea with the bumpers that car would have looked great if they had the thinner bumpers, and a color keyed body pan under them.

You can make a rally car crash you have the body work done.! I feel for you that happen to me about 12 years ago my cat got up on the work bench and grabbed it it was a first run MPC 72 Vega he bit through the cowl and broke both windshield post i thought ok i can fix that i put it in the tank to strip it i grabbed the wrong bottle and when i came back to check o it it was goo at the bottom of the tank.

I am do that now i used the 65 body and chrome from the gasser kit and the guts from the 64-stock kit that was before they said they are doing the 65 kit but I wanted the bar base and I took the front seat from the AMT wagon and got a 3-D printed Chevy 4-cyl the 153 in the sport version it all comes together with a little cutting and sanding.

Yes I know it was for the AMT kit in fact your kit is tapped to a AMT kit so i have all i need to build it in fact i started it finely LOL.

LOL I still have your kit in my stash that I got from you years ago that i have not go to yet it's really a great trans kit I also have unbuilt the Revelle kit you show in your photos I have to say i like your Trans kit better.

Looking good I just ordered the 67 and 65 Beaumont kits myself looks like some very nice quality parts from your photos.

I got my kit from Kevin last week can't wait to get started on it i have wanted this car for a long time what a beautiful casting very very nice.

I can't tell you how many times that happen to me but yours are in a good place you can spot that back in no one will be able to tell.

Yes i would love to see any of the 71 or 72 or 73 in a notchback and with the in-line 250 6cyl.

I have done that my self the best way i have found to repair it was cut a piece of a paperclip and use it as a pin and drill out a hole to match the pin and a drip of super glue the piece broke clean just match it up and glue.

Ho man I hope your right next to the 68 Coronet that is the next one i have wanted for so long i had a resin copy but it's not like having a full kit with all the extras man i have my order for 4 all set to go ho please make it so.!

Your dad looked like he turned out some very nice builds to me just the fact you have them is something special I think I would maybe just clean them up a bit and put them in a special display case as is. I'm 72 and I had two daughters I hate to think what they're going to do with all my models.!
