  1. Can I still get in on this? If so I'd like to enter Tony P's Cadillac from Mystery Men. I'll be using Revell's Custom Cadillac Lowrider.
  2. That reminds me a lot of the die cast t bucket from Testors.
  3. Thanks, the curtains are printed fabric.
  4. Thanks, it was strait from the can.
  5. This is a slush cast resin Airstream trailer. It came with the windows molded in and it's hollow inside but I wanted more depth so I cut the windows out and made clear windows out of plastic and hung curtains behind them. I used some resin wheels and scratch built a bagged tounge. The paint is Krylon foil metallic silver over a gloss black base. Enjoy. I'm going to set it up behind my Suburban when it's done.
  6. I love Cadillacs, and yours looks great.
  7. Nice year Bill.
  8. This year I tried to dig out as many old stalled projects as I could and get them finished. Some started as long ago as 12 years and some that only needed paint and final assembly. Here they are in order of completion. '46 Chevy Fleetmaster '65 Lincoln Continental Cadillac STT-V 3rd generation Escalade Greased Lighting Supernatural Impala Knight Rider 2000 '57 Chevy '32 Ford woody "Stingray" Stingray '65 Impala SS '70 Cadillac Sedan DeVille. '75 Chevy Caprice '86 Monte Carlo LS '93 Chevy Caprice '96 Impala SS '91 Chevy Caprice pro street. And here are a couple I'm hoping to finish next year.
  9. Nice year.
  10. Nice year, I like 'em all!
  11. This started as the Road Block Cop Car. I wanted more of a pro street car so I filled in the holes for the light bar and parachute. I added flame decals from my parts box and a carbon fiber decal to the wing. The decals had a reaction to the clear coat so I wet sanded them and re cleared, but they had the same reaction, so I decided to just live with it. I now have one of every year bubble generation full size Chevy.
  12. Nice! I love me some Cadillacs.
  13. That came out fantastic, good job.
  14. Nice score, and nice build!
  15. Very impressive work so far. Can't say that I'd be brave enough to cut up such an expensive model.
  16. Looks great, I like the color combo.
  17. Thanks for all the comments. The paint is Duplicolor, it's a factory Honda color. If someone were to render some '95/'96 mirrors and make them available for 3d printing, I'd get a couple sets, and I'm sure I'm not the only one.
  18. I converted the Revell '94 Impala SS into a '96 by filling in the holes for the mirrors, filling in the cup holders in the center console and adding a console shifter, and adding an analog gauge cluster. I further customized it by cutting down the rear bumper into a rollpan, using the front bumper from the Alternomad kit, and using wheels and tires from my parts box. I'll add some side mirrors when I find some that look right for the '96.
  19. These guys have one. I haven't seen one in person so I can't say how accurate it is. https://jandjresin.wixsite.com/website/product-page/61-chevy-2-door-coupe
  20. Thanks Bill, it's always nice to get your input on my tv/movie cars.
  21. Thanks for the comment. All tri-9 Impala SS came factory with a spoiler and is a easy/popular upgrade for the Caprice. Since I started with the Impala body, it was easier to leave the spoiler than to try to fill in the gaps in the truck lid. It's not upside down, I promise.
  22. I made this '93 Caprice by combining parts from the '92 Caprice kit and the '94 Impala SS kit. I modified the Impala body by shaving the door trim and emblems and opening the quarter windows, I also scribed the panel line between the body and the rear bumper. I cut the inner fenders from the interior so I could use the Caprice engine bay with the Impala interior tub. It has the Impala seats and console with the Caprice door panels and dash. The engine and chassis are from the Caprice kit. I color matched some wheels from my parts box. The paint is GM medium blue metallic.
  23. Thanks. Unfortunately I don't remember who I got it from. Jevries makes a higher quality conversion, but he only releases a few at a time, and they're gone fast.
  24. I started this one a few years ago and recently decided that I should pull it back out and finish it. I modified the kit by cutting the top off and lowering the suspension. I used resin bumpers to convert it to an LS. I made the boot, the license plate and the headlight lenses. I used eBay wheels with Pegasus tires. The paint is Duplicolor Cayman metallic.
