  1. Super nice, I'm working on one too.
  2. That's wicked cool!
  3. Thanks for the comments guys. I'm finally settled in enough that I could get a little more done on this build. I started the body work on the cab. I made a template on my mat so I'll know where the wheels go so I won't have to measure every time. I think I'm going to use the kit frame rails as a starting point, this kit will lay rocker with the kit frame rails. I noticed that the fenders curved downward on the inside so I did some cutting and added some flat pieces for tire clearance. More next time.
  4. Yup, thanks.
  5. Nice work, that's wicked cool.
  6. Nice year!
  7. I always like this time of year when everyone posts what they completed durring the year. Here are mine. '29 Model A roadster '53 Chevy Badillac Golf GTI MKII Foose FD100 BTTF Nativity Ford Escape And a couple I hope to finish in 2019
  8. I was looking at that same one. Please let us know how it is when you get it.
  9. I was inspired by a picture I saw to make this for my sister for her nativity collection.
  10. Nice work!
  11. That came out great!
  12. That came out great. Awesome color.
  13. Great job.
  14. Is there anything that can be done to prevent that from happening?
  15. That's way cool.
  16. Nice collection. I own 2 1:1 big bodies. I have a couple resin kits that are also long term projects.
  17. The truck looks great. I'm curious about those big bodies too.
  18. Nice job on the wagon.
  19. I wanted the wheels to fit outside the bed but the kit axle wasn't wide enough. So I glued some plastic rods inside the wheels. And cut them down to the width I needed and drilled them out to accept the axle. Now they clear the inner bed sides. Im going to be moving soon, so their probably won't be any more updates for a while, hopefully this mockup with the wheels and tires will hold you guys over for a while.
  20. The EXT kit is already the right length, you'd just have to convert the rear.
  21. I kind of went a different way with mine.
  22. Thanks for the comments guys. I made a little more progress. I cut the bed side open to accept the fenders and, of course, for wheel clearance. And lined up the fenders. I'm going to do a little more body work on the fenders before I permanently attach them. More next time.
  23. That's cool. I'm surprised how well those big wheels suit that car. And a 2JZ sounds awesome.
  24. Like I said before, I'm going to need as much tire clearance as possible, so I cut the tops off the rear fenders. And added some plastic to make them taller and make the body line match up with the cab while I was at it. More next time.
