Hi guys, I am very happy and excited with your design analysis of my Merc. As I said before the car keeps evolving as I go along. Tor: I really like your idea for slightly curving the top fender lines. Now the center line (belt line) of the car i am trying to make like the car in this picture. David: You know I haven't considered moving the front wheels. It does balance the car and achieves the pro-touring look I am after. Knowing that car and how it is pieced togther already means that i would have to be VERY careful cutting those fenders but I really like the new look. I would also have to shorten the frame but that's no big deal. Again thank you so much for your design ideas.

I just watched the latest video. Man the stage looks great, love the curtains too. I also just noticed the lace fender skirts on the Merc, nice touch. What's next tassles hanging from the headlights? lol

I have come to the conclusion with this car that i have built it as a pro-touring car.

Heck yeah man this thing is sweet! There's a full size 56 T-Bird funny car that I've seen run at Milan Dragway in Michigan. I'll try to dig up a pic for you. I checked out your Vette too, that one came out great.

Ford called the color Highland Green. When they did the commerative Bullitt Mustang Ford brought back the origional color. The interior was black

I know your Merc will be hoodless, but I thought this idea went with your car a whole lot better than the Mini Cooper it's on.

The doors are longer than stock too. I used the Impala's door line for the rear edge of the doors. The center charecter lines line up and should flow nicely.

I know he's gonna look cool but he looks kinda creepy in primer with no eyes.

Got any updates for us? Any thoughts on wheels and tires?
