  1. Hey Torino; thanks for the response. Where do these fittings go on the block or head? Underneath the exhaust-manifolds? Remember that I intend to convert a top-fuel engine into something that is water-cooled to race on the salt flats. Thanks again.
  2. Hi Bowtie; thanks for your response. I'm going for appearances here. How does a TF engine differ in appearance to a 426 Street Hemi-type engine? Could I fake it?
  3. How to convert a top-fuel engine to water-cooled (for a salt-flats racer). Is there space between the front of the engine and the blower-drive-belt to add a water pump? Some salt-flat race cars do use a supercharger (with a blower hat). The engine I hope to use is a Gibson product ("Sonny's). Good modeling to you!
  4. Thanks sjordan for the website you "sent to me" about the Testarossa. Fantastic! I am encouraged!
  5. Thank you for your interesting comments. My last name is Bolthouse but 3 or 4 generations ago it was Bulthuis. Maybe you've heard of Holland, Michigan. This city last year was judged to be the second happiest city in the U.S. behind Boulder, Colorado. It is a sort of resort town right on Lake Michigan. West Michigan (which includes Holland and Grand Rapids) supposedly has the most people of Dutch descent anywhere outside of the Netherlands. Cheers
  6. This Revell kit, I was very disappointed in the level of detail. This 1/12 scale kit has only about 125 parts. For example, there are no disc brake rotors/calipers at all. (I paid $30.00 for it at Hobby Lobby; it listed originally for $84.00.) Has anyone built this kit or has some knowledge about it? 'preciate it. thanks.
  7. has not set their status

  8. Hi Kaleb. Try R&D Unique. (Possibly on Detail Master website). It's a dropped tube front suspension, part no. RDU2451. It was $7.00. It may not be R & D Unique anymore, but "Mini Exotics@AOL.com". Hope this helps. fiatboy
