  1. Great info Rommel.....My buddy Nigel does the same things.....
  2. I use Bob Dively brand...But unless your doing something unusual use a good masking tape like Tamiya.(burnish the edges) You will need multiple coats and they have to dry, then you will need to trim your edges. Then when your done you have to remove the mask...a trick here is to imbed a small piece of tape between coats this will allow you to pull off the mask. I shoot lots of tutones and will tell you that tape is the way!

  5. Lee..calm down......It is still quicker with dialup to post 3 pix and do it 3 times, rather than 9 at once. I'm sorry that WE haven't worked for a while..I have no IRA or life insurance left, and am close to losing my house...BUT I'm not asking for help or whining. Look into DSL...you might be surprised. But reality does say its 2011 and dialup is dead

  12. That is the real deal....needs no junk in the windows, some had both bathrooms on one end..... We also kept cigarettes in a large swing door cabinet on the center island.. Clark was founded in 1932 by Emory T. Clark in Milwaukee WI. A contractor by trade, he opened his first gas station when a client defaulted on his loan and Clark took over the gas station he built. He built the chain in the upper Midwest and his gas stations became well known for selling "Clark Super 100" premium gasoline. The Clark station sign was quite a sight in those days as the back-lit Clark logo on the roadside sign was surrounded by racing light bulbs to attract motorists to come on in. Until the era of unleaded gas began in the early 1970s, Clark only sold one grade of gasoline–premium. So Clark’s slogan during the pre-unleaded gasoline days was "Clark--The Premium People". When lead in gasoline became regulated in the 1970s, it was easy for Clark to add a low-lead regular which was called "The Special Regular" because the stations were already set up to sell two grades of gas. "The Special Regular" gave way later in the 1970s to "No Lead Clark".
