  1. The graphite centers with the chrome wheel will be stunning!!
  2. Art ...check this issue of MCM.....full how to!! I saw the title and remembered the submarine races we used to watch from the beach on lake Michigan.....Every weekend..rain or shine.....
  3. I've had zero problems with XP and IE 8 on my tower. Vista , upgraded to IE 9 sucks.....I switched to chrome My copy of Vista came with IE 8 and until I put IE9 on it no problems. Now I will have to repair my registry...all due to IE 9 s loading errors No glosscote needed!!
  4. Not soon enough!!!
  5. Almost the same with me....the rear window of the station had burgler bars.....so all I could do was holler for a customer to get the local PD...To my surprise..no one grabbed any cigs when I was locked in....Ours also had white painted shelves against the brick in the showroom for the oil..no metal racks on the floor.
  6. If it wasn't on a cutting mat I would think its real.
  7. 1-800-437-3635 http://www.dremel.com/en-us/Pages/default.aspx call direct...they are in Racine WI and are very good and quick with parts and service...the link will get you to the parts manual
  8. Jim....are you using Vista with IE 8??
  9. These are the booths that Micro Mark sells....Trust me..even with the 3 stage filters...it needs to vent outside when using lacquers. The three filters are Charcoal, Sticky foam, and paper. I vented into a inside dryer water "setup"...I prefer the window One trick with MicroMark is wait...I bought mine at 50% off during their big sale...I love the Pace booths..due to the cheaper filter replacement.
  10. The better LHS offer internet as well....So they can compete
  11. UPS sheds a bit of light on proper packaging HERE
  12. Or put it in the store....already set up!
  13. If your working from the page of images on photobucket, you have to highlight the IMG line and then copy it. The "auto copy" only works now in single image mode. Thats why there is no paste....if it isn't copied it will not show paste
  14. If I had to depend on local shops....I would be into RC or dollhouses no detail parts, just kits..like Michaels. If I lived near Atlanta /Buford I would live at the local shops, like Trainmasters, or Hobby Town(got my last MCM there!) So I play the internet...savings are great, along with the stock...However I hate to wait. The quickest service has always been from Dennis @Model Express...2 or 3 days max....Washington state to Florida
  15. Reminds me of Barret Jackson....A lot of heavily modified cars (yeah they are crappy) sell for far less than the parts put into the build....I've got a buddy that scored a "Pro Street" mustang for 13k.....sold the parts for close to 20k....still has the bare shell. His buy was due to the awful paint on the car...I guess some people are color blind
  16. Your gonna be a happy camper Jim....Well Done!
  17. But WE want to see your builds Antonio!! B)
  18. Rick..Harry is a master with Photoshop.....He will mess with backgrounds...not the cars so look only at the car for your clues...
  19. Big or small blocks need different diameters .062 solder is great for smallblock headers..A lot of folks use armature wire from Michaels Hobby different sizes available. Dave speaks from experience on fluxed solder getting crusty..Has a great picture showing it
  20. Have you suggested a subscription link?
  21. PERFECT!!!!!!
