I have too built many of Toms kits also as a kid......this one was definitely my favorite...which my younger brother destroyed while I was at school.........been chasing it since '74.... with help from a fellow member here now have one again! Read somewhere this rendering to kit was based on a toad that hopped into Toms studio.

Something about this one caught my interest on ebay a couple months ago...picked up in the pics...molded in hood, but was confused at it's stance......so I took a chance. Today...with some extra time,dismantled it & tossed it to the purple pond. WOW! It IS a promo & in fairly decent shape!! ....haven't decided the destiny of the hacked chassis yet, so it didn't get dipped. Guess I will hafta think little more how this one will proceed.
