  1. I've got one that I plan on kitbashing with the Monogram 1/24 '53 Chevy. I'm looking forward to it.
  2. Maybe come up with a few ideas and then post them up in a poll function. Let those that want to participate choose?
  3. I love originality and its so very hard to do in the automotive world. You did real well on this one. Very cool.
  4. Rich, she's coming out of the purple pond today. When I have some new paint on her I'll post it up.
  5. Jason I have been kicking that around. We'll see what I got in the scrap heap.
  6. Rich, I agree on the scoop. That was just something I was kicking around early in the build.
  7. Pb, the front end treatment was one of the build ideas I liked the best when I came up with it. Ive never seen it done before. And if you guys know anything about my work, you know that something different is what I'm all about. Thanks for your input.
  8. And not just any chop, but a raked chop. Seems to me that would be harder than your normal chop. Well done.
  9. So. Anyone have a source for tractor tires or at least some sort of heavy treaded tire in the above pics. I could almost do this in a day or two, if I can keep the......................... aww........who am I kidding?
  10. Something I'm enjoying right now. I had a thread for this a while back, but I'll be darned if I can find it. It's all 1/24 kitbashing and coming a long nicely. A little harder to channel one of these than I thought. My plans (at the moment) are for no weathering, and matte military green. I am scratch-building un-upholstered door panels. More soon. As always comments and criticisms are kindly welcome. You can't offend me, so tell me whatcha think.
  11. How about matte metallic silver? And then do all the previously chromie bits in flat black?
  12. That really wound make for a fun build. Any ideas where we could get some tractor tires/wheels?
  13. GASSER!!!!
  14. Jeremy, I like your stuff, but please find a good camera. One with a macro function. Most modern smart phones have that these days. And give us some good shots and show off that good work!
  15. Wicked!
  16. Mike this looks very good except for that kit glass! Maybe just use a piece of clear acetate? The windshield looks flat enough.
  17. Wow, you guys never disappoint. That is some fantastic work. I don't know how I'm going to choose on the voting thread.
  18. Moving to a new place where I can actually build and paint.
  19. Welcome back to the hobby and to our forum. Lots of great folks here. Take your time and enjoy.
  20. Nah, we ain't got any talented people here. Not a one.
  21. I have heard of folks doing it in the past using any super light coats of the lacquer. The jury is still out on how well it works.
  22. Love it! Great originality.
  23. I have a few things. The bumpers and winch for my Cherry 2000 Mustang. Wood bed for my shop truck. Weapons and armor for my deathracer 300. Weapon for my post-apoc ATV and 90% of said ATV (still in the works) Here's the link for more pics of the ATV in progress. http://s53.beta.photobucket.com/user/Jantrix/library/Puma%20ATRV
