  1. Thanks Leroy. That is not an F40 but a Testarossa... after it has been treated and brought to 800hp by the iconic German tuner Koenig Specials. ? Although of course, in terms of optics, they copied the look of the F40 very heavily.
  2. Wow Harry... you made an excellent model out of what appears to be not so great a kit! The paint job and detailing is just superb. Any insight on how you applied the Aqua Gloss (nozzle size, air pressure) and (how) did you polish it? As regards the "visuality problem", I saw someone find a good solution to this in another forum. I might be tempted to try this out when I get to my build: https://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?/topic/235034789-revell-porsche-918-spyder/
  3. Sweet build! Great paint job and detailing work!
  4. Great job on this hypercar! And may I add, I like these images much better than the ones you usually take with the black background.
  5. A real beauty, well done!
  6. Looks nice, I like it!
  7. Great model, looks like you made all the right choices… and had the skills to execute them! Am I right in assuming that you used metal rivets for the over fenders?
  8. Great work from you as usual, Chang! I have some comments though. First off, to my knowledge your color is much too bright for Blu Sera. Blu Sera (Italian for "evening blue") is a darker color with clearly visible metallic flakes. See here for reference: https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1986-ferrari-testarossa-6/ . Your color would rather be a Blu Chiaro, if I'm not mistaken. It's very beautiful too, but different! The reason why I know about some of the "blu's" by now is that I did the same Fujimi kit some months ago in Blu Sera from Gravity Colors. ? Secondly, I wonder about the size of the F40 rims you used. They look great, detail-wise, but HUGE. From the images I'd guess they must be 19 inches wide?
  9. Many thanks!
  10. Many thanks JC!
  11. Hi Thomas, well done on the model and the 1:1 does not look bad either! ? Glad you had to take only some engine and interior parts out of the Revell kit, as this is notorious for being one of ROG's worst kits ever...
  12. Many thanks Michael and Anders!
  13. Many thanks Philippe and Ron!
