  1. Looking good, Bill!!! If you stay with it, you may just have it ready for the NNL West!!
  2. That looks really nice, Harry!! How much of the detail in your pics is from the kit? (Those fuel lines to the 4 port injector base look really good!!)
  3. Thanks, Jonathan!! As you can see, I passed on adding the foglights...I just didn't want to chance messing up the paint on a finished model. With a spare hood in the box, I had nothing to loose by giving the scoops a try...
  4. Thanks, Eric! Did you get your Willys windshield yet?
  5. Very nice color choice and build quality!! I noticed that you haven't put a license plate on it yet. If you've never tried it, go to: http://www.acme.com/licensemaker/ to make a printable plate from any state.
  6. I really like the look!! What color is it? A couple of the pics look like it's a really dark blue metalic...
  7. Gray, It looks like you're off to a good start!! Personally, I don't like the look of the Duvall windshield, but I think that I'm a minority on that one. If I do anything to the stock windshield, I prefer to lay it back at a slight angle. Keep up the good work and the posts,
  8. it looks like you're off to a good start!! Those big meats look right at home on that truck!!
  9. I REALLY like the hood/scoop design!!! Keep up the good work...I know how tempting it can be to move onto another project... That thing has got to be really delicate with all four doors opening...
  10. Thanks, Walt!!! You always run the risk of "mixed reviews" when you mess with the classics...especially when the predominant build mode for a model like this is old school.
  11. Thanks, Hossain!! Ghost lines?! What are those?! Maybe the paint is still too fresh for them to peek through... See you next week!!
  12. I like the look!!! Great color choice (interior and exterior) and a really nice, clean build!!
  13. Thanks for the comments and suggestions, guys! I think that I'm going to go with yellow on the top. I want this one to be really LOUD!!!
  14. The interior is looking GREAT!! I may have to try some of the "Fuzzy Fur" stuff...
  15. Ice...where are you? That looks like a great set of kits to bash!! Keep up the good work and the posts!!
  16. The cutaway cars look like a lot of fun (and work)!! Keep posting your progress!!
  17. Ron, Nice color selection and good job misting the color on the chassis...
  18. I agree with James!!! This is a great place to share your work and learn from others!! Oh, after you spill the paint a scatter a few parts around, don't forget the often poorly placed chunks of superglue!! Welcome,
  19. Thanks, Bobby. How do the parts look (pinholes, scale, detail)?
  20. Thanks, Ariel!! Nice looking model, too!!
  21. That is one cool model of a really cool concept car!!! I really like concept cars, but I don't recall ever seeing this one, so thanks for the original and model pics!!
  22. Yep...past 50 and still going... Welcome!! Now, where'd my glasses go!?
  23. That'll sure look interesting when it's done!!! You would need a 427 to push that much steel down the track!!
  24. Has anyone out there built any of the resin Chevy 502/572 engines that are available? If so, which one did you build and how well did it go together? Pics, please! Thanks,
  25. Nice build, Marty!!
