  1. Looks good, nice work! If you're taking requests, I'd love to see some of the European paint jobs interpreted on American vehicles - the JPS Lotus, Marlboro Lancia, and Gitanes Ligier are some of my all-time favorite liveries.
  2. I'll often use decals, with or without a layer of clear over top of them.
  3. Excellent work, very clean!
  4. Thanks, guys! This was my first go at building one of Monogram's "The Classic..." series, all the good things I heard about them were true.
  5. She looks good!
  6. Thanks, guys! Apparently Gomez coun't figure out how to get it into gear, fortunately he had a helper there! Absolutely! I hadn't really thought about them much before starting this project, but as I was researching the design they really do look good on the 1:1 cars.
  7. Excellent work, that looks great!
  8. Looks good, very slick design!
  9. Great job on this!
  10. For this year's Halloween-themed build, I went with the Packard from The Addams Family TV series. It started as Monogram's Packard Phaeton, and while a couple of details aren't quite right - I found out too late that the TV car had a longer wheelbase and a black interior - it was a good kit and enjoyable build. The wheels and hood ornament are 3D printed items I drew up, Thing's box was scratch built from balsa and craft sticks, and the horn is a modified Hallmark ornament. A full write-up of the build is available here, and as always comments/criticisms are welcome! With the other famous Spooky Family car of the era:
  11. Thanks, guys!
  12. Well done, the conversion looks totally at home here!
  13. Fantastic work on this! One of my "someday" projects is to make this same conversion but with the later Sunbird.
  14. Awesome job on this!
  15. Beautiful car!
  16. Thanks!
  17. I use a combination of Tacky Glue and Testors Window Maker. A few spots of Tacky glue to hold the glass in place, then a thin bead of Window Maker between the spots to really secure it and hide any slight gaps I may have missed when fitting it.
  18. Awesome trio!
  19. Very tidy little car, nice work!
  20. Excellent work on this!
  21. Excellent! I have the set of these to get to some day, it's nice to see one finished.
