I haven't built any AMT truck kits for a few years now, but I have the Chevy Titan 90 in the stash, (I bought it from Marks Models in Dublin), I've heard it's a pretty nice kit to build. I have built both the Revell kits you mention, the Peterbilt 359 wasn't a nice kit to build, so many ill fitting parts, but the Kenworth W900 was a reall nice kit to build, also as your into trucks, have you looked at Italeri ?? I've buit many of there truck models and never had any real problem, there Peterbilt kits almost build themselves.

AFAIK he brings them in from Scenes Unlimited in the States http://www.scenesunltd.com/

And here it is in the 2013 Revell AG catalogue

I've built the Tamiya Beetle, and it is a real nice kit to build, I did start the Revell cabriolet a few years ago, but there was so much flash on a lot of the parts I gave up, and sold it on, Revell AG are releasing a '68 1500 later in the year, and I'm hoping it's a new tooling, like they've done with the Mini Cooper and the 2CV, if it's in the same league as those two, it should be a very nice kit.

The cowl is in a million pieces ..... if I come across one on my travels, I will pick one up, as I think the car looks real nice, oh well, back to the Fujimi Porsche 911.

Sadly today there was an accident in the hobby room, when a shelf collapsed, luckily non of my other models were harmed, one showcase got broken, but the desoto, which had been painted yesterday took the full force of the shelf and it's contents .... I has been laid to rest ....I've kept a few parts in the spares box I will keep my eye open for another, but I'm not going to pay silly money for one,

Just had my 2013 Catalogue from Revell, and the two Beetles they list are the 1500 1968, which has a parts count of 100, Hasegawa's '67 has a parts count of only 80, so it looks to be a new tooling, the Cabriolet has a parts count of 105, and the Type 2 van, has a parts count of 180, 7 more than their Samba, so it looks like a re-tooling of that, as the Hasegawa version is curbside and doesn't have that many parts to the kit, not sure with the Cabriolet, as I know Revell have done this one before, but I'll be getting the 1500 and might even be tempted with the T2 van.

I've been dealing with Andy for a number of years, his kits are a very good price, but he doesn't do too many accessories, Nick Picken used to sell all the stuff you mention, and used to have a stall at the IPMS Nationals, but he gave that up many years ago ... sadly it's either eBay or dealing internationally these days, but with the internet & Paypal, it's a lot easier these days.

Looking forward to seeing more of the build, I've just ordered one of these ...
