  1. I’m OK with just bar soap or body wash for everything…haven’t bought shampoo for a while now…do you think Pledge might add too much shine??
  2. Everywhere and I mean everywhere, I looked for that darned part.
  3. Planes don’t turn my crank.?
  4. I like it a lot!??
  5. The only issue I can see with that is it can’t be moved easily after paint. I like to put mine directly into the dehydrator both to dry quicker and to protect it from dust. Your fixture is very similar to the ones I made. The prongs can be bent to suit the body as required. The holes make it easier to hang onto.
  6. Hobby Wholesale maybe? I have not dealt with them however. https://hobbywholesale.com/paint-tools-supplies/tools.html
  7. Does a rat really deserve that fate?
  8. Days like this with crappy weather are good for model building.
  9. Terrific work Tom! I like the whole concept and execution…and that candy wrapper gives an amazingly realistic leather look.???
  10. Here’s a video on it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5PrB0LDzVKA
  11. You probably have the color chart for ‘57 already Jim….but here it is anyways. Edit: I still have to finish my stock ‘56 T-Bird so I’ve been searching and found this great site with info on color availability: https://www.portholeauthority.com/thunderbirdETC/tbird/colors57.html
  12. Beautiful work Ken!??
  13. Beautiful Coronet Keith!? I love that colour on it.?
  14. Nicely done!? My favourite body style of Mustang.?
  15. Great looking rig!?
  16. Wow, this is looking great. Obviously a labor of love for you to blend all those parts together and get it looking this good already.?
  17. Fabulous work you’re doing on this one Bill and your original build is really a thing of beauty!?? I am currently tubbing a’32 Deuce, but I am not as ambitious or talented as you, so I am sticking with the stock front axle. Can’t wait to see where you go with this.?
  18. That yellow looks great on it Len!? The foil really sets it off nicely.?
  19. I have tried Bondic and one other brand. I wouldn’t really call them “glues” because they don’t really adhere to any solid surfaces.
  20. Opinions vary depending on one’s circumstances.
  21. I think white or black would look better than gold? Or maybe even grey. You’ve seen my ‘56…that was just grey primer with a gloss clear coat.?
  22. You sure work a lot quicker than I do Bob. I waste more time than that switching glasses and looking for the tool I just set down.? The 2k clear looks great. I’ve only wet sanded and polished a couple of paint jobs and can’t imagine doing it on a ‘36 Ford…I’d screw it up for sure.?
  23. Like everyone, I use all types of glue for different material combinations and fitment situations. My favourite for styrene to styrene joints has always been Tamiya extra thin quick setting if the fit is good enough. Lately I find myself using CA more and more…mostly because I am too impatient to wait for other glues to dry.?
  24. I think the burgundy and white would look nice Jim. JMO.?
  25. Cheetos aren’t nearly as good as Cheezies.
