  1. That Woody is really looking GREAT Len!??
  2. Scary when replying, how you only think that you’re on the right page.
  3. Milliput will work fine. I use it almost exclusively. I’ve tried various single stage putties, but they all take a long time to dry completely, and they shrink.? I have some Tamiya epoxy putty, but it doesn’t sculpt nearly as nice as Milliput does. Like Mark said, get the fine white stuff and scribe the panel lines so the Milliput can key in better. Just a very tiny bit of water will make it VERY soft and easy to work into the crevices. For larger jobs, I like how it can be sculpted to a near final shape so very little sanding is needed…and it sands nicely.
  4. Wall is what that AMT ‘41 Plymouth nearly hit a couple of times.
  5. Life skills should be learned early on in development.
  6. Another good site with specs and some measurements. https://www.jeepdatabase.com/cj3a And more info: https://cj3b.info/index.html Fascinating section on all sorts of scale and toy Jeeps in the above link.? CJ-2A: CJ-3A: CJ-3B:
  7. It shouldn’t be too difficult. The Godzilla kit can be built as a WILLYS CJ2A which isn’t too different from a CJ3. The CJ grill is included in the kit. Here’s a link to my 2A build and a reference site. https://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/topic/168321-jeep-cj-2a/ https://cj3a.info/cj3a/cj2acj3a.html https://cj3b.info/History.html Edit: That is a link to my finished Jeep, but there is a link to the build which shows some of the 2A changes. You would have to fabricate a new windshield frame at least for a 3A, plus other minor bits?? The 3B would be a bit more work with the higher hood, but definitely doable. The engine is different in the 3B also. I think the actual body tubs are similar enough to use? I don’t know if there might be any better donor kit available?
  8. Absolutely beautiful Coronet! The black and red give it a real “I mean business” look.?
  9. Great job on this one. The lights are really cool! ?
  10. Fabulous looking Willys Larry! Love the colour and everything looks perfect! ??
  11. Beautiful work Douglas! You blended them so well that it looks like a factory offering. Outstanding!?? Edit: Dang…makes me want to build one now. I have an El Camino that I don’t know what to do with.?
  12. I don’t know if any of these are copyrighted, but something similar maybe? Google machine shop graphics:images. You should see lots of possibilities. Also, see the thread above about making decals.
  13. I like it! Nice looking Demon.?
  14. Beautiful, nice clean build Stu.? Yes, there are fit issues with the interior and glass on these Camaros.?
  15. Meanings can be misunderstood if the speaker is not articulate.
  16. Great work Chris! If you plan on doing more casting, the pressure pot and vacuum chamber make a huge improvement on the quality of the molds and casts. I like all the changes and upgrades you’re doing to this one. Edit: FYI, I like the dual aluminum air cleaners.?
  17. Visit to the clinic might be required if you find a date on the street corner.
  18. Helpful in what way?

  20. Nice work Bob! She’s a beauty.?
  21. What is this circled in red? I don’t see it on pictures I’ve googled. I’m not sure I’ve googled the exact same car though.
  22. Outside is where you’ll find the sunshine.
  23. Very nicely done Mario. Is that the kit chrome, or did you re-do it?
  24. Nice work Mozzi. That engine is going to look great in there with the yellow flames. I really like the look of those wheels too.?
  25. Different strokes for different folks is how the saying goes.
