  1. I like the colour combo too.? Is that white primer DupliColor? I get a dry “fuzzy” texture with it that I don’t with the grey stuff.
  2. Looking good Karl!? The real wood bed should look real nice.?
  3. I think it looks good Len.? I haven’t had great luck with Createx, but I have a few bottles of it so I am giving it one more try. I aborted my first attempt with that same Phthalo green.? If my paint job doesn’t turn out this time, I will give away whatever product I have left.

  17. I had a fantastic time there. Lots of extremely talented builders… it’s hard to pick only three favourites.? I enjoyed meeting the friendly folks in the local club down there too. Thanks for making it a great event!??
  18. Let the can settle for a day then poke a very tiny hole close to the top of the can to let any remaining pressure out. Once all the pressure is gone, you can poke a larger hole to pour out the paint. You might want to cover the hole with a rag and shake it up before pouring it out. Be careful removing the rag as there may still be propellant absorbed in the paint. Alternately, you could cut the entire top off after the pressure is gone and stir the paint. https://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/topic/138715-how-to-remove-paint-from-spray-cans-when-nozzle-fails/
