I'm working on a project that needs a very contoured part to be carbon fiber. I was thinking that a hydro dip would be perfect for this. Unfortunately I have had no luck finding a 1:25 sale carbon fiber pattern. Anybody know of a solution or an alternative method I can use?
I was not happy with the wheels in this kit and the way they go together. I decided to cut the inner spokes and hub then re glue it to make a more realistic wheel.
Trying out some 1mm think felt for the carpet. It's just a dry fit but doesn't look bad. I might go back and get the right color. I think they all came with a grey carpet.
You're gonna need a lot of paint for that boat. LoL. I did some work on a 69 convertible. I loved that car wish I had the money to buy it at the time. Just glad I'm not paying for the gas to feed that big 472cid
After getting started on the doors I opened the rest of the kit only to find ,or should I say not find, any of the clear parts. No windows, headlights, break lights or turn signals. I sent a request into revel let's see how this plays out.?
Here we go. I think that I will attempt to cut the doors and do some carpet on this one. I am open to any suggestions on flocking or embossing powder. What are your thoughts
