Thank you Pete, EMRE, Larry and Bruce. When my uncle bought this Corvette he only had enough money to buy one option. The options were automatic transmission. Air Conditioning, Or 454 cu. in. engine. He picked the larger engine which made it kind of rare.

Thank you Tom. That's what it is. A little more gold than their car but it will be fine. Here it is in its display with their old house in the back ground. Only thing different is he had a luggage rack on the back. But the kit didn't have one.

What kind of tape is that? Looks like masking tape. When I've used masking tape it either removes paint when I take it off or I leaves a smudge look in the paint.

It’s done. I plan on putting in a display case with a print of their last house in the background. I think they will love it. EDIT>>Added a photo of the Corvette in its display box with a print of their old house in the back ground.

Is your kit missing parts? I can not find the pins for the front wheels in my kit.

Thank you Jim. They make a petty nice and simple but decently detailed kit. And I had duplicates or one part and missing a part. Contacted the company and the part was here in a matter of days.
