Wanted one of these for a long time, when I was a kid and a younger adult would of been no problem. Found this one on eBay for a decent price. Just need to finish stripping the paint.

No talk about the Round2 1971 Dodge Demon ?

Yup all/most businesses work on a ROI approach, money spent versus money returned and beyond that investment amount. If the numbers don't add up they do not add up. Either side of the coin. -

I was not a fan of those kits. Agree 100% plus for a display model detail painting works wonders. -
Thanks To AMT For The New Technology Old Kits
wrenchr replied to oldcarfan's topic in Car Kit News & Reviews
R2 is finding their niche, they are making some full detail kits and the cloning program is producing some cool stuff that the vintage stuff sells for hundreds a piece at times and making those kits attainable to the masses. -
There is a ROI there I'm sure.

I'm excited about the Demon, will buy a few. -
It would be nice if Round 2 could / would buy the Johan name and you know they would firm up the legal stuff and then could clone some cool stuff. We win.

Yup my stuff delivered yesterday.

That turned out nice, I always wanted to build a mid 90's stretched nose grand prix.

Looking good, I built the 1st issue way back when it first came out and yours looks to be the same vintage. I started a resto on mine a few years ago. My Dad's favorite build.

I need to order the engine from future attraction. That turned out very nice.

Thanks so much Bob!! I did not want this to turn into another stalled out project. I'm currently building a Hurst Hairy old's, Super simple and just having fun with it. No mods, just out of the box.

Coming along nicely. Thank you for marking the measurements on the bed. Helpful!! -
Those Vegas look very tempting. I just ordered the chassis and center frame rail. I'll order some more odds in ends in a week or so.

yah I was checking it out as well. Need to order some parts for my Fairmont I ordered from Scott years ago.
