  1. I might have a parts kit of one of those 1/32 monogram funny cars. Yours if you want it for parts. Just need to find it. Not sure if it is exact.
  2. I have a rebuilder in the stash along with the 60 body. Looking forward to some progress Tim. I'm going to buy at least 6 of the 60 F100. I'm trying to buy at least 1 each of the cloned kits as they are released. Might need more room in the basement.
  3. That turned out very nice. Looking forward to it coming back here soon.
  4. Looks like the website is down?
  5. That is one clean build!!
  6. All wrapped up for me, calling it done.
  7. That is beautiful!!! I have 1 in the stash plus another I'm parting together. The one I'm parting together will be a drag car of sorts.
  8. I'm no 3D print expert but that price seems on the high side.
  9. Went after the more rustic look. I'm happy with how it turned out. I did not want to strip the paint, I could tell it was stripped before and the plastic is very brittle and not wanting to undo my body work. I consider it a save. Pic of the blue paint wrinkled up and then my latest round. i had some slixx decals laying around.
  10. I look for more BIN or buy it now style auctions.
  11. Thanks every one. My painting needs work. Mixed brands which I know better and the paint crazed.................... I might just sand that down and red primer and give it a more weathered look. Purple pond will lift the puddy and not wanting to do that. I'll ponder the pond for awhile.
  12. the whole car looks uncomfortable..................:)
  13. A little over a week ago I bought this project at the DAAM swap meet/show. I have always wanted one of these Chevelle's but did not want to pay the price even for one in this shape. But with the reissue / clone coming out here soon I have noticed the prices dropped. I will still buy some when they hit the shelves. Front A pillar was gone so I grafted the roof from a 65 el camino I had and I noticed someone already grafted a section of roof to it, also from a yellow kit. The wheel wells openings edges were very soft from sanding so I grafted the ones from the elky body. I'm about to call the body work done and paint it. The body work is not even close to perfect but it will do. The window trim was so brittle it just fell out while handling for the body work, so the way it came out I will leave that way and use clear acetate for windows and black out where the opening is. I wanted a moon fuel tank so I added a piece of evergreen tubing to the front of the frame and added a tank. The chasses and engine, interior were already built other that the dash needing painting. I also grafted the core support to the back of the grill to fill some space in the front oft he engine and removed the radiator and drilled some lightening holes and removed the license plate area from the bumper. The rear bumper was drilled out as well.
  14. Sun shines no matter where it goes!! Looking good.
  15. You fine tuned that body work!!
  16. Well anything Ford or Mopar seems very likely with a lot of the releases seem to point that way currently. No issue for me................
  17. Round 2 just keep doing what you are doing and we will keep buying what you are making.
  18. One of my favorites!! I remember when those were 1st issued, they were a big deal then.
  19. Yup, agree. Very cool and different take on one of my favorite kits.
  20. hope you are right but I'm still in for a few...............
  21. I'm a night owl due to my work schedule, last night I grafted a section of roof from an el Camino body. Did not line up perfect but will do for me. Just a little more messaging and more putty........... I've noticed the ones on ebay are also missing the LH a pillar.
  22. Yah, he gave me an idea on my turbine car. Might be a project.
  23. Thanks Tim, I wonder what is next up to be cloned. No worries Round 2, this fool is ready to part with his money.
