  15. I'm building the AMT 63 Galaxie using the custom parts in the kit, the go to color for the interior would be white, but I want something different but not crazy weird, the exterior is painted Mopar dark bronze met. What would you use? HELP EDIT this color. Kool Kat

  18. Snake, if its not too late, I'll join in with this Mustang that I've been on and off with for some time, This build was inspired by the original AMT 67 that looks like this And since I can not afford the original, I thought I'd use the new tool from AMT, with a lot of the original kit parts that are in the AMT 68 Shelby kit. Getting pretty close so the end of March might be possible. KK
  19. Hey, THANKS every one. Learn something new every day here.. So as Snake said " Both are old, built models. "Survivor" usually implies an older build (from the '50s, '60s, '70s, or maybe even '80s) . then I have a whole display case of 80's survivors!! Thanks again,
  20. So, with the survivors/gluebombs being popular right now, I have to ask. What makes a used model car purchase a survivor/gluebomb. Going to start looking so I thought it would be nice to know. Kool Kat
  21. Tried to send PM, but says you cant recieve.
  22. The 69 {as above] was NEVER a real car... when I talked to Dick Brannan in 1992, he told me the story of why this kit was done...
  23. I like the sewing thread method..
