Pretty much straight out of the box build although I did raise the rear about 3 or 4 inches and added the Plymouth decals. It is painted with craft acrylic mix of oyster white and pollyscale railroad yellow. I am trying to use up a little paint. I did try a little weathering on the undercarriage. comments welcome and thanks.
My 87 ram with a 225 /6. A really clean truck. My 88 Diplomat ex Tennessee Highway Patrol. My 97 4x4 for the woods. My wife has a crown vic and a Ford F150. Car poor we are.
A couple months ago, one of my sons was hanging out with me in my model room, I was working on a 40 Ford. He said wouldn't it be neat to put the supercharged 312 from Fireball Roberts car in a 40 ford. So I did. It is kind of a hack job, and I would do some things different if I was to do it again. Slightly weathered for that used look. Trunk opens. When I got done, I gave it to him and he is happy with it.
None of these are exceptional builds, but I keep practicing. Sorry for the picture quality, I just got a new phone and don't have it figured out yet.
1957 belair, 40 Ford, 53 Ford, 62 Pontiac.
Thanks for looking.
Car looks better without the scoop IMO. Maybe like the others said would be ok body color. Lots of people don't care for F body Mopars, but I always kind of liked them.
