  1. Indeed, sharing your life with your soul mate is a true blessing.

  3. Itself a bizarre turn of events, wouldn't you say?
  4. Think about it: Canada has some of the lowest popultion density on the globe.
  5. Visage is the french word for face, that came up in the back vocals of Billy Idol's "Eyes without a face" hit song
  6. Do remember the old saying: "It's easier to be forgiven than... to get permission"!
  7. Hi Joe! Thanks for posting. CT
  8. Hi Thomas! Thanks for the pictures, many very nicely finished models here! Two creations stand out for me: the VW green extended transporter, and the rat-rod car/plane fuselage creation... Bravo! CT
  9. HI! I built the Milk truck when it came out, and it was a good kit. Was molded in lavender styrene. Easier to assemble than the Fire truck show car, for example... CT
  10. HI! After years of styrene addiction, going back to the early 60's, I would say that "out of the box" best kits were the Johan Challenger FC (Gene Snow and derivatives) and the Monogram 85 TBird Pro-Stock (Iaconno & derivatives). They were very detailed, and assembled to the right stance with a modicum of attention. My two cents, FWIW... CT
  11. Year affter year, they changed the sheet metal in order to generate excitement... and it worked!
  12. Hi Greg! Thank you. I agree, and the 67 (with slanted-back hood front section) is even better than this "vertical" 72. But I could not find one, alas... CT
  13. Hi Sir! Nice build, bravo! A question: I see small light reflection points spaced evenly in the joint between the top of the front bumber and the upper "valence"... Are those created by locating pins that secure the bumber at the proper position at the edge of the front body cavity? Just curious... CT
  14. Prefer my styrene white, because colored usually bleeds throug lighter shades of paints...
  15. Hi Richard! Very credible concept, very well executed, bravo! Packaging is king with such projects, and yours is top! I used this same Jag rear-axle and "cage" in a 68 Charger rear-engined concept, and it was fun. My memories tell me, however, that it had a fairly wide track. The Charger was able to swallow it as is, but, did-you have to narrow it? Just curious... CT
  16. Salut Mario! Thank you, much appreciated. Hope you'll attend the Québec model show on october 16th. You'll enjoy it! CT
  17. Intriguing... Most I know leave little to imagination, if you see what I mean...
  18. Hi Richard! Wow, what a nice and imaginative "adaptation" of an excessive custom concept. Your version is not only more contemporary, but mechanically convincing. Bravo! CT
  19. Hi Al! Well, thank you, but your patina finish is absolutely "credible". And the used T/A Firebird (?) wheels are a good fit! CT
  20. Store-bought stuff certainly took the place of hand-made goods, alas...
