  1. Hi Ron! Very well done, and so representative of every day scenes. The backyard garage with the rusted hulk of a car is striking to me. Somehow, I fell like I've been there! Bravo! CT
  2. Hi Sir! Thank you for posting the pictures! CT
  3. 1980 was the year in which I was getting good at... changing baby diapers!

  8. Guy thing, this hobby of ours, isn't it?
  9. Hi Chuck! Great build. bravo! A good friend has a stereo shop, and had a 1/1 similar hearse as a "demo car" to pull-in the crowds. It worked, but he was constantly repairing the rear suspension. It appears so much weight, even on a Caddy, is killer for the underpinning... CT

  17. Well, I wouldn't dare argue with a guy whose name is Shoe. Accept my apologies.
  18. "Elevators" was a nickname for the gaudy platform shoes of the 60's.
  19. Salut Francis! Thank you, but your "only new offering" should cause a commotion, believe me! My C 10 is a street truck, and I suppose your Dodge will be in the competition (drag) category? Either way, it wiill shine, and should get a Best Os Show, unless the judges are... blind! LOL. I spoke with the manager of the show friday (René Marois), and he feels there will be an outpouring of new models on the tables this year. Can't wait to see you there, and share a few laughs over a juicy burger across the street from show hall! CT
  20. Cars for the everyman was the engine of the post-war economical boom.
