What chassis will you use?

Very neat concept. If they built a model of a Tahoe , I always wanted to make one into a cup car. Well I guess thats like doing a nascar truck without the bed, but with back doors and a 3rd seat covered area by an extended roof all the way to the back.

Beautiful build but I'm a little confused about the Bobby Allison livery. Did this model start as a Donnie car and you finished it as a Bobby car. Maybe I missed something in the write up for the build. Again, very nice build.

12 hour build. That would take me at least a month to build and would not look near as good as yours. But that's not unusual. All of your builds are off the chart beautiful. Especially the paint.

Google it. There is a picture of a red 87 and 93 trans am pace car. Just looks like a bright red, not metallic.

Glad to see that the hood does fit flush. I was worried in some of the previous pictures. Looking forward to the official final pictures.

There is a ton of chrome on that 58. It took me forever to get it off. But I think I had to salvage some of it to turn it into a Delray.

Almost done? Whats left to do? And by the way , it looks Awesome . You are the master of rear bumper fairing.

I find cutting and then side scraping with a #11 exacto blade to get the chrome trim of the body is good. It does less damage and you don have to use putty to fix any damage. It takes longer then a grinder but the time you save not puttying and sanding the putty smooth makes up for it.

Looks like a great start. You've got 2 58 Chevy's working there. Who is the other driver? If I tried to build more then one model at a time my head would explode.

Not even finished and its already the best I have ever seen of that car. Awesome work as always.

My wife and I were watching GMA this morning to see what Junior was doing on the program. My wife said, why don't you tweet Junior some pictures of your latest build. I told her the tweet would probably never get to him so it would be a waste of time trying. She insisted, so I tweeted him two shots of the model with a little description of what it was. I couldn't believe it but he actually got the tweet and replied to me. That's was pretty cool. But that's Junior. He'll talk to anyone on twitter if he can.

This should be very nice.
