  1. Thanks Greg, that's kind of where I'm going, and yeah, they aren't toys.... last thing a guy needs is for them to roll off the shelf after a ton of work...
  2. Hi, guys, sorry if this question has been asked, I have been at this modelling thing for a lot of years..... and have always tried to make the wheels roll on my car and truck kits..... just curious as to how many of you lock the wheels so they don't roll.... I am back into building trucks and am also finally in a position where I can buy aftermarket wheels and tires and find that in order to make the truck in this case look as I want, I have to lock the wheels from rolling.... just wondering how many of you do that as a regular part of your builds.... oh, and I don't play with them either all shelf queens.... I'm very curious... Jeff
  3. WOW, thats awesome !!!!!!!! I wish someone would do a 2019 Tahoe Premier... Can't wait to see what you do with this.... very cool
  4. Dave, it is worse for us up here, the shipping from the USA can be astronomical AND we are subjected to an added 30% exchange rate on average, you guys get a deal on shipping when compared to what we go through, and some times, we get nailed for taxes when the package crosses the border, like I did last week...... shipping is such a scam, all I want to do is rent a little space in the truck NOT buy the whole truck.... ? Jeff

I could really use that on a project I have in mind... been looking for the right hue and this is it.... outstanding build..... Jeff

  15. Yes, more trailers, like a REAL good accurate heavy haul Low Bed
  16. That trailer was originally issued with the Pete 359, and the kit included a Gen 3 Camaro, and Firebird, the decals were "Prestige Auto Carriers".... the truck and trailer were white with dark blue and gold decals.... it was a NICE kit, ...
  17. I can almost hear that engine and air compressor rattling under the hood already ..............
  18. THAT is EXCELLENT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Top Drawer !! These were only usually found in the older trucks, they kind of went out in the 1970's when new regulations came into effect ( here in British Columbia ) with having to have the two low air warnings, being a light and a buzzer, but I always thought they were cool...the idea of the Wig Wag is that if you had low air it would drop down in front of the driver and wag back and forth to get his attention , it was full air pressure that kept it up in the stowed position. So if the truck sat for any length of time or the driver drained the air tanks the wig wag would drop...... would love to have one in my collection, if I can ever find one... NICE job and an excellent detail to add to your awesome build ! Jeff
  19. No, it is an old school Low Air warning device that is usually mounted to the top of the cab in front of the driver to show he has low air...
  20. Love this, and the water tank is a very cool addition, a thing that was regularly seen here in British Columbia on our trucks, also don't forget the "wig-wag' in the cab for the brakes ( LOL ) awesome job on this build.... I love this Jeff
  21. WOW, that's gorgeous
  22. OUTSTANDING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
