This one started off as an ertl 55 step side i picked up at an estate sale. I wanted the step side bed for a different project so i sourced the cameo bed from online. The wheels and tires are MRC from the same estate sale ( picked up a few sets at great price).the bike is from the amt 29 ford 2 n 1 set. Opened the grill and wired up the engine.

Built this one as a replica for a friend for a graduation present. Started with the amt 49'r kit for the chassis and interior. The body is a jimmy flinstone that i sanded the side moldings off. I swapped the kits motors for a sbc like the real one. The interior is stock except i made the blanket for the backseat and added the magazine. I also added his real license plate number and car club plaque.

I bought this a few months back at an estate sale, (complete minus the box). After debating on how i wanted to build it for weeks, i even bought a chopped body from jimmy flinstone, i decided to build this one stock.

The truck is an older amt ertl kit i found at an estate sale. The drivetrain, hood scoop, and cheater slicks, and capped side exit exhaust are from the '49r ford kit. The headlights, blower cap, and bed contents are from the 63 nova kit as well. I also lowered the truck, frenched the headlights, parts box front bumper and tail-lights, and resin air conditioner. On the interior i added extra gauges under the dash,a tachometer, tall shifter from a '29 woody kit, and made a blanket seat cover. -

I finally finished a bike and support vehicle. The bike is from the '32 chrysler set i chopped the fenders off to make it a bobber. Also added light weathering and the number plate. The truck i tried to make a 50s/60s shop truck with a cadillac 356 with a 4-71 blower, cheater slicks, and racing side exhaust from the '49er ford. The trailer is from the '63 nova wagon kit along with the gas cans, helmet, and tool box. -

Interiors done. I changed out the kits shifter for a t bar style one. I made a speaker box out of a left roof mount air conditioning unit from a ford semi kit. The booster seat is a modified semi truck seat. I added personal items to represent each member of his family. The coffee cup on the center console is painted to match the ones my friend gets every morning. The squirrel is because his wife works with wild life. And the car on the back seat is a painted trophy for his 5 yr old son. Added the blanket for beach time.
