  1. Thank you @David G. Getting the chassis as a roller is a tipping point for sure! And yes you are correct poseable steering! I also have the doors as openable, not that much of a tricky bit as others have mentioned in their build threads, I used Tamiya extra thin quick setting to get the hinges in place and then after they were placed dripped some ca in the joints, just an exercise of patience really. corrected the upper water pipes and set the rad in place and know the front is nearly complete. Next will be adding the windows and finish dressing out the cab. All I need are the instructions for the glass templates and the acetate for the glass, now if only I could find both? I know I put them in a safe place.
  2. Looks like you are getting closer to a final assembly!
  3. Well some progress has been made, chassis is complete and wheels permanently affixed. Moving on with some engine work and some fitment issues. Fuel pump is touching off the firewall and the rad hoses are too tall for the radiator both are easy fixes that I’m working on right now. I’ve decided to keep the tan top and tonneau cover as they lend a nice contrast to the burgundy.
  4. Encouragement is appreciated at this point haha. While I’m still waiting on some paint g weather I suppose I can follow up with this one some more. Have some parts dechroming to do but it looks like I can possibly have this assembled fairly soon and placed away in the display cabinet. I had thought about giving the body a bit of a polish( yeah that’s not happening) then i remembered that this is a high schooler hotrod so he has not time for shiny.
  5. I’m thinking you are nailing it!
  6. Well it was last week but I forgot show n tell haha. A long awaited addition to my current 32 lineup. A resin cast proper 32 Phaeton body, mastered by @Mr. Metallic comes with interior, seats, windshield frames and an up top. It’s based on the revell 32 body not the old AMT, so it’s a direct fit on any of the current 32 chassis lines up nicely with their fenders as well.
  7. Keep em coming @Phildaupho
  8. I was referring to the 3 window in the foreground!
  9. What’s the story on that body? Is it a resin one?
  10. Strong visual impact👍🏻
  11. Nice work on the hood hinge Jim, I'm curios to see the body together with the wheels in the aforementioned colours.
  12. Enter the time waiting montage!
  13. So maybe I’m sleep deprived and not firing on all cylinders over here Jim!
  14. Which Tudor got the bath? Was it the lovely beige one? I’m over here in suspense Jim!
  15. I’m only speaking for myself, but thorough direct communication with Craig I purchased one! Probably best to contact him via pm.
  16. “You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means”
  17. I feel like i’m stuck in a slow time capsule with this engine build. It seems like this should have been finished days ago but no, I’m still here adding details.
  18. Whooo boy this is exciting stuff!
  19. Tidy work on that engine and headers there Jim!
  20. Those are what I refer to as “Bench squirrels”
  21. @LennyB every time I go looking for something I find cooler stuff!
  22. Thank you Len, they do look awesome when they are finished. Lots of little details to work with. I actually found the pump I was looking for, it was still in the box that I had Initially found it in🤨
