  1. Thanks Buddy. I still have a lot to go.
  2. Thanks man. I like to show the good, bad, and the ugly.
  3. I'm looking at modifying the Hotwheels chassis. I have a 572 but I need a Pro Mod setup for it.
  4. Haha....oh yeah, that's what I need. I think I'm going for the Ed Roth cartoon look.
  5. I had an old 60 Chevy pickup that was looking a little sad so I thought I would wake it up a little. Not sure where I'm going with this but I'm looking for a BIG honkin engine for the business end. Something that would stick WAY out of the engine bay. I cut about 13/16" out of the box for a "Stubby" look. The wheels & tires are from the AMT HOTWHEELS Monster truck. Idea's welcome.
  6. Thanks David. I'm a nervous wreck doing this much foil.
  7. Ok....I'm back on the 59 EL Camino. I got a little of the foil work done around the wing window frames, wipers, and the side spears. I just think I'm a little to shaky anymore for these long runs.
  8. That's a good looking Modified. Nice detail work.
  9. Great looking pair of 62 Impala's.
  10. Just a Great looking model. Nice detail work on the business end. I really like the old school stuff.
  11. That's nice that your club is doing a legend build in his honor. Great looking models.
  12. Great story. I think it turned out pretty kewl looking. I'm diggin it.
  13. Not really the type of car I would go far but man... I gotta tell ya, that came out really nice. Love that orange. I'm diggin it. Nice job man.
  14. Looks like it turned out pretty nice even with all the issue. I just went through a build that had a lot of issues and it's not fun.
  15. What kit are the Torque Thrust wheels from? I'm on the hunt for a set just like those.
  16. That's a good looking Mercury for a 24 hr build.
  17. Now I'm diggin these wheels & tires Luke. It's taking on the looks of a Pro Mod.

Thanks Adam. I appreciate it. Thanks. Much appreciated Chris.
  19. The 67 Impala SS came out nice James. I'm diggin the blue since it's my favorite color. Nice job.
  20. 104 degrees is what I set my Dehydrator on. I'm using Tamiya acrylic paint and it drys pretty quick. 8 hrs is fine. 24 hrs for lacquer and enamel and it should be dry. I lay some of my parts right on the rack. These answers to your questions is what works for me. I'm sure others may have different results.
