  1. From the photos, she's off to a good start. Nice to see some youngster picking interest in the hobby. Great job.
  2. Sorry to hear about that Carl, take it slow and get well my friend.
  3. Really nice conversion. I like these old workhorses.
  4. Another awesome build Alex, My favorite COE truck. That color combo is perfect.
  5. Amazing build. Very nicely photographed.
  6. Somehow I missed this one. A beautiful replica. The classic red/white Cameo is always a nice sight. You did it justice my friend.
  7. They are both beautiful. Great job. Thanks for sharing.
  8. That poor little ford has sure seen better days. Excellent weathering and aging. The extra details add to realism. The perfect barn find.
  9. Extreme and radical. Love that truck. That color with the black contrast makes it b/a even more. Monogram did a real nice job on this kit. You brought it up to the next level. That's a killer.
  10. That yellow really shines. The black grille gives it character. Great work.
  11. Welcome Doug.
  12. Well James, not only is this build awesome but to look so good after all these years. It could have been built last week. You did an amazing job at building it and then preserving in pristine condition. I really dig this. Thanks for sharing.
  13. Thanks Mike and Bob Thanks Emre. Thanks Bill. I am currently working on another background. I am looking forward to post it. Thanks James. Thanks James. Agreed, and more life insurance too ? Thanks Michelle. Thanks Jeff. Despite the issues though, it's fun kit to build. Thanks David. Thanks Jim. Thanks Monty, maybe the tires would melt before the rear axle gives.? Thanks David. I don't know if it has ever been done but it sure would be a challenge. Thanks David. Thanks Ken. Yes , all my backgrounds are scratch built. I find that they put the model in context . I'm glad you like it. Thanks Garry. Thanks Doyle. Thanks Ken
  14. Great mopar. Beautiful in white with the black stripe. Boy do I miss those cars sometimes. The underside is nicely detailed. I have lost many little parts in that black hole. I bought door handles for my duel valliant back then from Fireball, he has the right model for that era, he has also handles for GM cars. His stuff is top quality.
  15. Some kits will fight you in every way, this one did. My fault though. I had a spare hemi from a 68 rr so I thought why not. OH boy. long story short everthing from the firewall forward was a real pain. The windshield interfered with the interior, i must have put the body on and off the chassis a dozen times. After a lot trial and error I finally managed to fit the hemi in. I am still looking for a proper air filter. I am sure I have one somewhere in my many part boxes. The steelies are from Fireball, the duster grille is from HART's parts. The rest is box stock. Paint is Tamiya camel yellow. Glad this one is done. On to the next one. Cheers,
  16. Beautiful wagon. I like the weathering.
  17. Now that's what we call dedication. Amazing model and details.
  18. The paint and metal finish on this model are truly amazing . The level of detail is outstanding and the fact that I thought the first photo was the real thing, now that doesn't happen every day. Now I need to pick my jaw from the floor. ?
  19. Excellent paint job. Beautiful photos BTW
  20. At that scale , it would easily pass for the real thing, an excellent model and a real classic car. Outstanding!
  21. What a nice little Comet, always liked that body style. It just looks so good in that red. Like fomoco66 said, the rake makes it mean and I love it.
  22. A beautiful depiction of a piece of history. Having built aircraft models for a long time I can appreciate the work you did on this historic plane. excellent job.
