Pro Touring. i have seen many cars get a different set of rims & paint job with a slight drop in stance. it takes more than just those three things to make a car pro touring. LOL

i have 3 right now that's been in the works for a year or more. i should have the 3 window highboy i started last December and put aside for the Revell contest finished by the end of the year... yeah right!

Great article and some great looking builds. how did you get the news to interview you on the hobby?

the only problem i have seen is a database error (SQL). no 3 little buttons or scrolling windows not even those little green men called gremlins on my screen. tie 'em in a knot it refreshes for me just fine. you might have to change your settings...maybe?

the ring is bought and will be under the tree? no..no...NOOOO!... don't do that way!. wrapping an engagement ring up as a gift is just wrong in so many ways. be a man wait in till after all gifts have been opened and then pull the ring out from where ever you have it stashed and ask her. better yet ask her on x-mas eve. just whatever you do don't make it into a gift because that is not what it is.

after all the great help from everyone who replied i have decided it is best just to junk it. i hate to as it is the only tool i have with a flex shaft but finding another board that would work with this would be almost impossible. it also gives me a good excuse to head over to Sears for more cool tools to go along with the flex shaft i will be buying to fit my other one. Thank You All!

the only 2 things connected to that resistor is the black thing. all i need to do is run a jumper between the two.

its part of the speed control to a benchtop rotery tool.

nothing is printed on it. if there was it burned off. it does say r3 on the board i don't know if that means anything or not.

a buddy fried one of my rotery tools about a year and half ago. tonight i finally took it apart to see if it could be repaird and this is what i found. im no electronics expert but i do believe this is a compacitor so any one have a clue on the id of this compacitor? Thanks in advanced

the 80's are calling and they want their style back. like totally. i kid... i kid. even though they are the 80's builds they're great looking.

problem - you used the AMT Charger. Revell's would be so much nicer turned into the General. if a builder truely want to get better at building models you really need to be your own worst critic. from what i can see you did a wonderful job

awesome! love the whole car so far and the rear bumper is a thing of beauty.

if you're looking for more detail on the AMT kit you could combine the Revell Merc with the AMT. i haven't done it myself yet but have compared the two Mercs and i don't think it would take too much to do it. oh yeah i like the slots.
