    Got the chrome on the grill this morning, turned out pretty good. Was concerned because it will be a focal point of the build.

    Bit of a crude mock-up, trying to come up with a custom smooth bumper. Need to see how much reshaping of the fenders is needed.

    Love to see that picture, and yes thar was were I was going to mount them. The air suspension leaves no room for air tanks. Pic would be helpful.

    Warning for the purists; I am reshaping the front fenders to get rid of the coffee table in front of the fenders, and building a custom bumper. Also getting rid of the bugeye headlights.

    Progress today. More work on the grill, frame ready for paint and bunch of other parts ready for primer. Oh yes, the fenders are ready for primer/paint. Get the heat turned up in the garage and sniff paint tomorrow.

    What a cool idea, and build up a 60s Ford gasser to put on the transporter. That would tell a great story. Just my two cents.
