  1. Scott, that is an outstanding build, turned out so well.
  2. The details just keep coming……you are on another level. If you wire in the Key switch…..I’m throwing the towel in🤣😂
  3. I have had a similar Ford kit (I think it’s a US mail truck) for years but never got motivated to do any thing with it, maybe Jeff will inspire me to build it.
  4. Thanks Jeff, got a few more ideas yet. Thanks Steve, I am hopefull that the fenders and sleeper take a bit of bling away, but it hits the idea of a RestoRod. Thanks Brian, not sure about a ribbon, I can think of several things that could improve on. As we all say “the next one will be better”
  5. Plumbing on the engine completed, exhaust completed. Now I can mount the passenger side battery box, finish headlights, then mount fenders.
  6. Nice progress and I hate waiting on parts. Looking good
  7. Thanks, it’s a little showy but fits the Resto Rod idea.
  8. Well that’s a first for me, never seen an oiler built as a model. Gonna be some cool fab work there.
  9. A few more details on the engine, polish breather tube, then finish up the grill and mount. I can see the finish line. Brass radiator cap was a pain. Dreaming of the next project already.
  10. Finger nail tape seams to work and looks good. May all fall off by morning so will not add glue yet. Getting the plumbing work under the hood completed.
  11. That’s a great start and yes the quality of AMT truck kits varies a lot, but part of the fun. Will be watching.
  12. Usually don’t see this much detail on a trailer build, Outstanding trailer build
  13. Brian, what a cool subject and it turned out sooooo good.
  14. This build sure did turn out really well. Color looks perfect.
  15. Outstanding build with some cool colors, well done.
  16. Watched this entire build, very well done.
  17. Thanks Ron, no secret here steal all the tips you want. Thanks for looking.
  18. I did have to sand the radius at the outside of the bend as the aluminum was a little grainy, but cleaned up nicely.
  19. Thanks Brian, maybe I can steal some of that awesome detailing stuff you do😄
  20. Bigger engine, bigger turbo and straight pipes…….yep…it would thunder.
  21. I think the straight pipes work well on this build, gives it a hot rod look.
  22. One pipe polished, think it’s gonna work.
