Peterbilt 359 (full custom)

Actually, there are several items that caught my eye, could use a set of battery boxes for my KW 925 build. -

That was fun, and caused me to do a little reading. Apparently after retiring for 5 years now I had forgotten some stuff. But all in all, nice job Jeff. Good exercise in thermoforming. -

There are some kits out there, Sourkraut Model Trucks actually has a few different versions, but they sell out fast. https://www.sourkrautsmodeltrucks.net/modeltrucks/p/tri-axle-retachable-goose-neck-dropceck-trailer -

Whoa, that is time consuming -
Ended up using the kit frame in the stock length along with the kit rear suspension but new problems. As you can see the the tires/rims are not centered in the fenders. The new fenders I bought do not fit duals although they fit super singles a lot better. That leaves me with the Auslow rear fenders that actually fit.

I went to the site, last update was 2014. , everything is out of stock. This is why it so important that when you something you want, buy it, it may not be there someday. Kudos to you for grabbing one of these kits. Watching your build. -
Do you ever have the build that just keeps kicking your skills, well this is mine. It’s not because of the kit, it’s operator error (s). I stopped on my frame and just started over and built a new frame. I stripped the chrome cleaned up the wheels and repainted, they look terrible, looking for different wheel set. But my PE stuff arrived with a set of Gary Wallace fenders.

Hey Ron, looks like a really good plan going forward, there is a ton of PE stuff for that kit. I’ll be watching.
