  1. Love the precise cut and fit of the doors, and those simulated piano-style hinges are so fine, much finer tubing than can be done in styrene, looks so realistic! Neat solution to the cab parts of the hinges, again very fine work, well done
  2. Neatly done! Nice colour variation inside and outside of the rear box, again neatly done particularly inside. Can't see much of the engine and chassis all in black, I'm sure it is nicely detailed, the molding is so precise and delicate in this scale compared to most in 1:24/1:25. Nice work!
  3. Neat work on the paint and decals! Love the cab details, typical accessories done very realistically
  4. Cool! Nice work on the 3D printing! I see something similar going around here today, it's garbage day! They really are good looking trucks and they keep them clean
  5. Lovely van, rarely seen, VERY neatly done, love the two-tone interior, and the overall colour choice as well!
  6. Nice work! Love how the strips thicken the cab walls realistically, stiffen the whole assembly and make later interior panel (and window) installs easier too! Something learned, LOL
  7. Wow, the cab is a lot stronger than I thought it would be with the cutouts in it! Nice it fits so well over the interior, just like the kit piece
  8. Windshield looks like a nice precise fit with that trim! A very important detail on the cab and hard to get right but you did it well and should be quite clear with the right plastic you've ordered. My compliments!

  10. A very ambitious project! I'm still hesitant to start building my kit straight out of the box, there's so many parts! Nice work on those castings, the wheels/tires look great already Just wondering if all those rivets on the stock frame (in white) are supposed to be there

  15. It certainly was! You have a good memory! Some of its history... http://www.group25.org/2018/Group 25 Diorama.pdf
  16. Fantastic work! Love the working latches and that little tool carrier and tools, examples of the many minute details visible in your excellent photos, well done!
  17. Wow, fantastic job! The more you look, the more you see. Neat job cutting those decals on the doors, and then weathering them to suit the overall scheme. Those weathering powders did the trick for the soft shading effect on the olive drab, not so drab anymore, LOL
  18. Wow, compound doors, two hinges pre side, awesome! Plumbing looks great and fits into the frame well, too. You must have some real great references, or one of these parked on the back forty, LOL!
  19. That's moving along pretty fast! Must be raining a lot there, LOL! Kinda surprising there isn't a full frame under there, the tank itself is stressed like a monocoque design, unusual if you've built any tanker kits before. Very unique, again you've blazed a trail for the rest of us
  20. Wow, fast progress! Great technique, and I like the resin poured inside to strengthen it, clever!
  21. VERY neatly done especially those painted stripes! Flatbed came out perfect, I had my doubts about the combination but it looks so right and such neat workmanship at that!
  22. So very realistic to the finest detail! Thanks for letting us in on the techniques used, and looking forward to the next phase of your build
