  1. Saw your 62 on the Little Indians club site. Love the white on white! The early Tempests were always my favorites. I also have an AMT 61 Bonneville hardtop I built years ago. it's built stock and painted in white with 3 tone interior in blues and white.
  2. Hi James, I believe these were about 1/48 scale. They are definitely smaller than 1/43. Here's a photo along side a ruler. You can find these on Ebay for decent prices if you are willing to restore them. Nice ones are pricey. I've always loved the 61 Pontiacs and wanted one for my first car in 1967 but ended up with a 63 Olds Super 88 (love 63 Olds's too). I came close to getting a 61 Pontiac but never did. I do have a 1:1 63 Olds though. -Rich
  3. Thanks Carl, and everyone else too.
  4. Terry, I love seeing these builds even if I've seen them before. I have both Double T kits built along with the Monogram Red Chariot, Blue Beetle, Yellow Jacket, and a couple of others but build mostly factory stock models. You are really motivating me to build some of the other hot rod models I have. Thank you very much for posting. -Rich
  5. Thanks for your kind comments on this and the 58 Chevy. These wagons are out there if you keep looking but can be a bit pricey. -Rich
  6. If some people would call this junk, I just don't know. I'd take this one in a heartbeat and I'm not even a Corvette guy.. Great looking model.
  7. Looks great Ludwig, and I just love the color you chose.
  8. I've always liked these but have never built one. Yours looks fantastic. Great job!
  9. Can't wait to see that one!!
  10. Looks good Gerald! I love wagons. My 60 Plymouth was next on my list to post.
  11. Bob, thanks for your comments on my builds.
  12. Thank you Terry, I've enjoyed seeing many of your great builds on another forum I view. -Rich
  13. Mike, I believe Hubley reworked the 60 Ford molds to make the 61 and the 61 to make the 62 wagon so I doubt the 60 and 61's could be reissued. Maybe the 62 wagon could be but they did a really rough job changing the 62 to the new windshield design and the rear quarters need work around the window area to look decent. I'll be posting a 62 wagon, hopefully soon. -Rich
  14. I don't respond to every comment because it takes up so much space. But I do read them all and appreciate them very much. -Rich
  15. Once again, thank you all for your comments. You are most kind. -Rich
  16. They turn up pretty often on Ebay but usually go for more than i would want to pay. I got both of mine for good prices but you have to be patient. There's also a nice resin kit available on Ebay but again it's pricey. -Rich
  17. Thanks, I agree with you. These really build into nice models with a bit of effort. I have a 60 built stock too.
  18. Thanks to all for taking the time to comment. -Rich
  19. Thanks, I feel the same and have stories connected to many of my models.
  20. Thanks. I'm used to it as most of my builds are from the 50's and 60's and have a good amount of chrome trim.
  21. Thank you all again for your comments. I appreciate it. -Rich
  22. Thank you for all your kind words -Rich
