  1. Liking what you’ve got so far.
  2. Any thoughts on the Monogram kits. I’d like a kit that’s got good details throughout, makes it easier to add to if things are reasonably right to begin with. Doesn’t have to be a Cadillac. A Lincoln, Rolls or Duesenberg would be good, also. I would just like to build one of those ‘30’s luxury cars.
  3. Good looking trucks! I like those years of pickups.
  4. Very nice! That red really pops. I’ll file the pink primer trick for future use.
  5. That’s one craaazy build! Probably one of the coolest cars I’ve seen on here. I’ll bet you’re the only one on your block to have one, lol!
  6. Thanks! I think that’s the direction I’ll go when I get ready to do one of these cars.
  7. Welcome! Lots of good stuff to see here!
  8. Coming along nicely. Love these trucks, like others, I wish someone would start making a styrene kit of these.
  9. Great looking Merc! Really like the color.
  10. Really cool build! That body has a lot of potential to go several directions.
  11. Very nice! I like how the red interior stands out against the green.
  12. Cool ambulance!
  13. Wondering if anyone has built either the Minicraft 1933 Cadillac v-16 town car 1/16 scale or the Italeri/Testors 1933 Cadillac fleetwood 1/24 scale kits? If so, are they good kits as far as fitment issues, have good details, etc? Is one a “better” kit than the other? Would you build one again? I realize the scale difference can matter as far as my questions. Like the looks of these and like cars from this era. I’ve only ever built muscle cars and pickups, etc. and would like to try one. The town car catches my eye the most. Thanks for any advice or suggestions!
  14. That truck turned out great! I really like the detail work all around.
  15. Looks great! Looks like it could drive off down the street.
  16. Great job! Paint work and detailing are excellent! Like the 500K as well!
  17. Cool! Fun to do something different now and then.
  18. Gorgeous! Those cars had so much style.
  19. Very well done!
  20. That’s a cool truck and your weathering looks so realistic! I’m amazed over and over at the weathering and rusting skills I see on here.
  21. Looks just like the real truck. Good job on both!
