D'oh. Didn't notice one Stromberg sitting on it already... I'm dumb (At work, darn phone screens and old eyes) -
Just found this, previously Unreleased song by The Doors. The only master copy went to Ray Manzarek, it had been damaged, reconstructed and will be on a new, limited edition album.

"Year after year Running over the same old ground What have we found? The same old fears Wish you were here"

True, but only if you wish upon a star?

Cowardice is usually rooted in fear and fear is what hinders you from action and accomplishing your dreams.

Going with the 29 roadster on the 31 frame, using the 31 four banger. Is there a dual carb intake for this anywhere? Or buy the RMoM Y-intake, like the old Edelbrock? -
I love Buicks! Well, Buicks and station wagons. This is a nice one.

Use of antacids should be avoided at all cost, most of the time we eat home cooked meals which are primarily organic and the meat is free-range or organic as well.

My favorite film noir is probably "The Big Heat" with Glenn Ford and directed by Fritz Lang...and there I go hijacking a thread, so back to your regular programming.

Winter has arrived here, we just entirely skipped autumn.

As an aside, The Criterion Channel does film noir every November. Pretty cool to see movies you can't find streaming anywhere else really. I love Film Noir and some of the Neo Noir...

I figured... continuity errors always pull me out of a movie.

I just put this on today for the first time, though it came out two years ago. I first heard Snowy White through his work with Thin Lizzy (one of my personal favorite bands). Snowy White And The White Flames "Something On Me".

According to IMDB.com "During the car chase, the villain's car loses 5 hubcaps." Maybe now they can lose 8?

It's more of a "reboot" than a remake https://deadline.com/2022/11/bradley-cooper-frank-bullitt-steven-spielberg-steve-mcqueen-1235168968/ We'll see... I enjoy the original but I agree with your assessment of it being a "meh" movie. Hollywood is and always been an industry and now it's blatantly owned by huge corporations but sometimes art sneaks in. For decades, it goes back to familiar properties to "capture " an audience, look at Star Trek, Star Wars, Scooby-Doo for goodness sakes. As well how many times can Batman and Spider-Man be re-imagined? Still some new takes have been good, I thought "True Grit ", both versions, as well as "Nightmare Alley" were well done. I appreciated Peter Jackson's take on "King Kong" and Denis Villeneuve's vision of "Dune". I also think that there is a mountain of new material to mine. Novels, original ideas, even graphic novels. There is a lot of creative talent out there and not every film should be based on demographics and what your algorithms or executives with out a creative bone in their body should make every decision.

I'd love to see that, I have a book of Rod and Custom in the 50s, it'd be cool to have all the issues available.

Vacation is spent flying to Tucson each February to see my wife's mother and sister.

What did you see on the road today?

I couldn't take a photo because I was working but I just saw this heading down the Banfield into Portland. I didn't even know it existed... https://www.planters.com/nutmobile/
