Unfortunately TRoG apparently stopped holding this event in 2023. I started this model back for the group build in 2023 and life intervened the last 18+ months. I finally dragged it back out. I'm only missing one piece to complete it. So it's a matter of figuring out the mechanics of this build to make it realistic. https://www.theraceofgentlemen.com/race-entry-ca A link to the rules. I'm not certain if the front wheels I have are 15" or 16". So I'm not certain if this car would be able to run at Wildwood in October as it is being done. As well as it doesn't have the requisite "roll bar" that they require there. So here's the body and I have several baggies of parts. I still need to figure out the front axle assembly... and need to order the exhaust from RMoM.

Growing up in the early 70's I was mostly interested in his early songs about cars. Learned what a 409 was because of The Beach Boys... it wasn't until I was older that I got to appreciate his later creativity. R.I.P.

Flathead adapter for Muncie manual. It used to be available on Shapeways. I can't even find a file for it. -

Sounds cool. I Could've sworn VCG used to sell a sbc "hot rod" engine with a 4 carb intake but I can't find it on the site. Fun facts... https://youtu.be/O9gY7xBqML4?si=9C_2AbkgSRawaTwe -
Bump. I'd love to see your offerings available again. Maybe work with Josh at VCG?

Calb56 replied to stitchdup's topic in Model Building Questions and Answers
MOSS_RODS on 3dCults has a couple of files for 4 bangers for those with a 3d printer. Including a Graham supercharger which I've never seen available before but now I want a couple. https://cults3d.com/en/users/Moss_Rods/3d-models -
Model A 4 banger tuning parts

I've looked online a lot. Returning to my 29 Ford from a couple years back. I couldn't find any example of this type of exhaust being used in 1:1. Do I need to find a lake style header for the 4 banger? -

I understand that unfortunately. The last two years have been hectic on a personal level as well. I look forward to your return. You definitely have some excellent work. Charles -

Just getting back again. Real life has played havoc on any building. In fact getting back to my build from a couple of years back (?!?). I was curious what your current offerings are Jason? Thanks. -

I've also asked him about parts from his engine kits when I've placed orders, he's always been willing to add them. Always at a reasonable price. A great guy to deal with.

Would still be nice to see a Buick 350/400/455 from someone...
