I always thought these Road Runners were sort of Mopar's version of the Pontiac Ventura GTO. Your pro-street version is fantastic and a very cool street machine for sure. Love it!!!!

I took these photos in 2007 at a local car show at Graves Island Provincial Park car show, Chester, Nova Scotia. Grace Kelly drove a 1953 Sunbeam Talbot in the movie "To Catch a Thief" also starring Cary Grant.

Glad to hear you are still working on it. I have two unbuilt AMT 1962 kits (including the Boyd Coddington version). I was always annoyed by the small headlights.

Being an owner of a real 1960 Corvette since 1983, I too have come across those AMT models and was very disappointed in the tiny headlights. The recent AMT kits were originally MPC and much better. I have the remains of an early AMT kit my kid brother built when he was 14 or 15. He is now 65. I will be following this thread as I have 3 MPC 1960 kits to build, including the flip nose, my brother's AMT model and 4 of those multi piece Revell kits I purchased at Radio Shack in the early 1980s.
