  1. Nice restoration project.
  2. Fantastic work, love these traditional styled hot rods, just like the real ones featured in HAMB.
  3. Love the 53 Stude. I built this kit many years ago in the mid to late 1960s. I recall it offered a Bonneville version with a dual blown Hemi. This is gonna be one killer build, I can see it !!!
  4. One of my daily drivers is a 2006 Ford Focus and an automatic, it is nowhere as sharp & sporty looking as yours. My other daily driver is a 2016 Toyota Corolla S with a manual 6 speed. Nice looking rims? Ford factory?
  5. Best wishes from Nova Scotia... have a Merry Christmas and all the very best in 2024... A few photos I've taken over the years around Christmas time in Nova Scotia...

    1955 Chevys

Sorry but I posted this to the wrong section. I meant to post this thread in "1:1 Reference Photos: Auto Shows, Personal vehicles (Cars and Trucks)" https://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/forum/14-11-reference-photos-auto-shows-personal-vehicles-cars-and-trucks/ Could some kind hearted moderator move the thread there. Or if they prefer, they can delete it and I'll start it a new in the proper thread as I have quite a few more photos to post to this thread. Sorry and many thanks...Cheers from Nova Scotia... Ken

    1955 Chevys

I thought I would start a thread for some of my photos of 1955 Chevys I've taken over the last 15 years or so at local car shows. Weekly summer A&W Cruise-In, Woodside Ferry parking lot, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia summer 2018.
  10. This fine Chevy made an appearance in 2018 at our summer weekly A&W Cruise-In, Woodside Ferry Terminal parking lot, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia...

  11. I've known of the Chevy 348 and 409 but I was not aware of a 427 based upon the 409 until I stumbled upon this video on youtube and thought I should share it with the fine crowd and community here.
  12. Like what your doing here...
  13. Gorgeous build...
  14. Two sharp looking Goats!!!
  15. What a nice build. Outstanding looking car... I was never a fan o Batman or Superman, growing up I was a Stan Lee & Jack Kirby fan of Marvel Comics...
  16. Nice work. I guess another alternative would be to turn into a gasser and leave the hood off...LOL
  17. I recall that magazine issue...
  18. Very nice...
  19. A very interesting build for sure.
  20. Nice round up of some classic GM muscle.
  21. Love this build. I have the 1/16 AMT 57 Nomad that I built over 30 years ago and thinking on doing some fixing on it. I think you've given me some motivation.
  22. Nice work. Looks fantastic...
  23. Awesome Willys...
