Purchased my 1960 Corvette in 1983. In a previous life she was a stripper (drag strip racer). She has been a WIP for most of her life. It wasn't until 10-15 years ago I got her 99% complete. Still own the old gal and had her out yesterday for a hour cruise around the town. It's my escape machine and puts a smile back on my kisser when I've had a stressful day, which is now quite frequently since becoming a 24/7 caregiver for my 92 year old Dad.

I too prefer Revell/Monogram but just can't pass up a bargain when I have a few of those Michaels coupons in my wallet... LOL

Just picked up two AMT kits of the 70 Chevelle at Michaels. Those 40% coupons are always handy for something. Your Chevelle is awesome!

1961 Chevrolet Impala parked on Route 66. Digital illustration I created using Vue by e-onsoftware (3D rendering landscape app), a 3D model I purchased from Cornucopia3D (now out of business). Photoshop used for color correction and adding detail.

I took these photos of a 1933 or 34 Ford coupe in 2019 while I was returning from a car show. The car did not attend the show but was parked roadside a few miles away.
