Just completed my 1/72 Airfix P51d Mustang. All brush painted and built to pre-mission specs. This kit had one oddity in that the lower one peice wingspan was correct P51d on the starboard side but P51b on the port side. To correct it I cut off the rounded wing tip section along the panel line and added a styrene sheet section to fill the void. I also cut the pilots head off and reattached it so that the pilot is looking out to port side, something I have always done with my pilots. All feedback is welcomed and appreciated.
